This luxurious raised beach house has 5 spacious bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate a total of 16 people with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, 1 king & 1 therapeutic day bed in the 3rd bedroom, 2 queens in the 4th bedroom and 1 queen in the 5th bedroom. The house also has 1 queen air mattress and 1 twin air mattress.

The open floor plan showcases Brazilian hardwood flooring throughout. The open living room has a built-in fireplace and a roomy screened porch. The bright and airy, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, is a chef's dream and features a large work island, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, gas cooktop (new cooktop installed Feb. 2024!), granite countertops, SS ice maker, tons of cabinets & counter space, a wine cooler, spacious pantry and family sized breakfast bar. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the crows nest balcony.

The extensive master suite offers a sitting area, walk in closet and private bathroom with a garden tub and walk in shower. Each of the other 4 bedrooms also features a private bathroom. Other features include new HVAC system with digital thermostats and internet capabilities, two hot water heaters, an elevator and laundry room. With the double garage under the house, there is parking for 6-8 vehicles.

I have been in better equipped houses, but we made due. The house is in need of some tlc. Ripped screens, dining room needs some work on the walls and chairs. Great location for beach, 1 block away. Pool clean. Overall a nice property just needs a little work

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was great from beginning to end. Check in was so easy. Staff was super helpful, so nice and so efficient. Check in was on time as well. The house was perfect for our large family. So much space, well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed family meals together, watching fireworks on the rooftop and many days in the pool. You can see the ocean from the decks and it was an easy walk. Everything worked great! I would recommend telling your kids upfront the elevator is for convenience of taking bags up and down but not something to use every time and not to lean on the railing in the top deck. These are the only things that were something I worried about. The house was also so clean and easy to keep clean. Cleaning staff did a great job as well!

And the open spaces of the living room and kitchen were great for gathering. We enjoyed the pool and the location of the home was very convenient. Our only concerns were that a portion of the couch was broken prior to our arrival and a few of the vertical blinds were missing slats that made it concerning for the bedrooms.

Family Beach Week

Property was very well kept with only a few minor items that could be easily addressed. Elevator was extremely convenient considering the kitchen and main living space were on the 3rd floor but only a minor inconvenience and a lot of stairs.

Promise fulfilled!

A beautiful house! The kitchen was the perfect size to make our Thanksgiving meal for 16 people. We liked the layout of the house (main living area is on the top floor) and we really appreciated the elevator. The beds were comfortable, too. North Beach Vacations was great to work with as well.

Spring Break Getaway

Great property! We loved it! Only small issue was the pool as it needed to be cleaned due to leaves. However, the host and property manager got it taken care of and our fun continued!
