The F1 type studio ideal for a couple. Mutzig medieval town at the Porte des Vosges. Close to all amenities: bakery, express crossroads, restaurants, tobacconist etc.
Behind us is the forest 5 minutes walk: a one hour hike to access the vineyards and admire the panoramic view to Obernai. In Dorlisheim, a Bowling area for the youngest.
The studio is equipped with a double bed, with a sideboard and TV, storage sideboards, seating area, coffee table, bench seat. A kitchen with a microwave, fridge and small freezer, table and two chairs. Bathroom: shower and WC, as well as at the entrance to a washing machine. A common courtyard is available with a barbecue for your grilling in summer, you can eat outside in good weather with the table and garden furniture. We have a dog but we will tie when the tenants want to eat outside. Don't be shy, make yourself at home, be comfortable!
