10/10 Would Stay Again!!

We had a wonderful stay here! Cute and homey apartment in a friendly community. The pool area was a great place to relax after hiking and swimming at Cummins Falls (which was only 15 minutes away!). We brought our dog and took advantage of the little dog trail that goes around the apartment community. We would definitely stay here again!

The good, but some not so good

The apartment was clean, and communities went well back and forth. The location is perfect, even if you want to make a quick trip to Nashville I'd recommend this stay. There are a few things we didn't much care for, they look to have been mentioned many times by others in the journal left on the TV stand noting past guest experience. One would be no toaster, or actually any good cookware. I'd say if you plan on cooking here, bring your own stuff. Outlets shut off if you use a blow dryer and a mixer at the same time (brought our own mixer, thankfully). Could have microwave plugged in and run a mixer etc...challenging. There is seating in the loving room area, but not enough actually comfortable enough to sit 4 adults to have a lengthy conversation. The side chairs aren't made for relaxing. I will say the complex is quiet, people were very friendly and if your traveling with a pet as we were, this is a gem. They have a little dog area (not fenced) and walking trails. Overall...pleased.

Peaceful stay and clean stay finally...

I had almost given up on bnbs and VRBO because the last few we have stayed in have not only been subpar but filthy with musty smells etc but this apartment was most definitely a great gem to find. Pricing in my opinion is a bit exuberant but given we had been looking for a place that was clean and somewhat convenient to areas we were frequenting we just need ent ahead and paid. The apartment complex is newer and neighbors are nice and quiet, ample parking, door dash accessible, nice amenities to use in clubhouse,and safe! Only drawbacks we faced during our 2+ month stay were the dreaded climb daily to the 3rd floor, the small bed in the master bedroom (comfy tho), forget about deliveries like Amazon, and the spills of food up and down the stairs we had to navigate thru (not this owners fault but it was somewhat disgusting at times to have to walk thru others trash they would drop on the stairway everyone has to use). Overall a nice place and as advertised! Thanks Anna

Lovely stay

Booked this apartment for a one night stay for my husband and I on our way from Florida to a Tennessee cabin. Overall clean apartment, however bathroom baseboards need some deep cleaning. Master bedroom bed is super firm and we couldn’t get comfortable probably because we’re just used to our mattress at home. Overall happy with this booking. Thank you!

Great - New Construction Property

This unit was perfect for my wife and me. Newer, clean, well decorated, spacious, everything we would want. We have a daughter attending college in Cookeville and this is a great location for everything. Shopping / eating is close by, university is just down the road, and you have great interstate access. The only thing to keep in mind is that the unit is on the 3rd floor and there are only stairs. Not a problem at all for our family, but might be for some situations.

Comfortable Master Bed

Wanted to use the skillet the first morning we were there. It had been put away dirty with food. Kitchen is lacking in many things - plan meals accordingly or bring from home. Cooking utensils and silverware are super cheap. Sofa is awful. We had to quit using the master bath shower, as it needs a good dose of Liquid Plumber or something. Nothing worse than standing in ankle deep water while taking a shower. Not warm enough for us to use the pool, plus we really didn't have the time, but it sure looked nice. Used the fitness room once, that was a nice option. Three flights of stairs were a good work out every time we left the apartment. We did have a difficult time using the lock box at check in, we weren't sure if we were going to be able to get in.

Wonderful Trip

This is a very nice apartment complex with a great walking trail and neighborhoods close by that are also nice for walking the dogs. We enjoyed our trip tremendously and are looking forward to going back. The apartment itself is lovely and very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Great home away from home

Had a girls' get-away to go hiking over the weekend. Loved the property, location, and pool! Highly recommend. Would definitely love to stay here again. Didn't have any need to reach out or communicate with the property management
