It's a cozy house where the neighbors are friendly and kind. We felt safe and it's a quiet neighborhood. Nice neighborhood with amenities needed in Pleasant Hill or 5 minutes to Altoona Walmart or interstate to Des Moines. The home was equipped with all necessities, and Andrew was super to work with as we had some minor issues, and he took care of it.

The house was amazing. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. The house was very comfortable and spacious for my family of 4. Everything we needed was included. The host was great to deal with and really helpful. If we come back to the area, I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again.

Nice house. Really clean. Good, safe neighborhood. Big garage. Living room area nice to hang out in. Two bathrooms upstairs and one in the main entrance hallway. Clear instructions for checking out.

The house was clean and matched the description. The host provided all information and check-in was easy. Kitchen was well stocked and everything worked well, except one of the shower drains was clogged and didn't drain well. We didn't communicate to the host to get it fixed, so that's on us. We were only there a couple days and we just shared the master bath.

Iowa Beef Expo cattle trip

What a great place to stay! Was clean the house was warm and was great place to relax after all day in the cold barns! Convention to the Fair Grounds looking forward to booking again for our next trip to DesMoines
