The house was in a very cozy, safe, quiet, beautiful little neighborhood. Very clean and spacious. I wouldn’t say there were any special amenities, but the location was close to everything we needed like shopping and dining. I needed to talk to the owner and he answered my call quickly and he was very kind. My companions suggested that we book this same house next year.

We appreciated the modern home with all rooms on the main level, as our party was 60. The king bed in the master bedroom was too firm for us. The location allowed easy access to the Des Moines and Ames areas. The back road to Hy-Vee was very convenient.
