Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pick up and dispose of any pet waste in the yard
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Clean up dog waste in the yard. No excessive barking. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or extra cleaning fees.
Stays of 28 days or longer require a signed rental agreement within 24-48 hours of booking reservation. No Smoking/vaping.
If smoking is detected indoors, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to cover the extra cleaning and odor removal required.
