A safe secure and quiet place to stay for a sister’s gathering. Easy access to shopping great restaurants. Kitchen had limited supplies for cooking but the restaurants were plentiful and delivery service was fast. We’ll definitely be back.

Awesome accessible unit

Super happy with this place. My mother uses a walker for mobility support. Thomas’ unit is ground floor, easy access inside and out. The master bedroom has a low entry shower with seat too! We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be perfect for our Des Moines sight seeing. Highly recommend for people needing accessible accommodations!

Fantastic Stay!

At the prompting of my cousin, I looked into a VRBO option versus a hotel option for our Des Moines stay and I am so glad I did! This property was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. This property is in an excellent location - very safe with lots of shopping and dining options in the vicinity. In addition, the manager was extremely responsive to our needs! We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful time and was happy with the accommodation. Did not have a lot of kitchen items if you plan on doing much at home cooking, but worked out for us as we was out much of the time. Also said they had hair dryers but there were none. We would definitely stay there again if we come back. Thanks

Des Moines Apartment

We stayed at this property for a week working remotely while visiting our kids at a near by college. It is located in an upscale location with tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. We felt safe as women staying alone. The apartment is cozy, but being a bottom floor unit you do hear noise from the above unit. Heavy walking and slamming doors from what we assume is a 3rd shift worker created disruptive sleep, but overall that was our only complaint. I would recommend this property for a short or extended stay.
