Benjamin as a host was wonderful!House was just as described and worked great. Hot tub was lovely, the basement was great for movie night, and Urbandale is a great suburb and it was easy to get around.

This property was exactly as listed. Beds were comfortable. Seating in family room was also comfortable. We enjoyed the electric fireplace, too. Basic supplies such as dish detergent, hand soap, paper towels, etc. were generous. Clear instructions for how to operate things like the thermostat as well as house rules were displayed. The air hockey table was a great perk for the kids, especially since we had rainy weather. The host, Ben, was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property for a family.

Great family spot

We had a great stay here! Everything seems new and it was very clean! It was perfect for our family to spread out and have space, while also close to plenty of amenities. We will definitely be back!

We had an enjoyable stay. The house was nice and clean and close to stores. The kitchen had what we needed and plenty of open cabinet space to store our food. The beds were comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the walking path nearby to walk our dog. We also appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. The host was super responsive and helpful.

Family Friendly property in Urbandale

The property was well stocked with necessities plus lots of extras which helped make our stay enjoyable. The host even offered to bring ice scrapers for our vehicles when it snowed. I definitely recommend this property and the host!

We enjoyed our stay here over Thanksgiving! It was an easy half a mile walk to my in-laws. Also close to a cute coffee boutique. After a day with the extended family, we enjoyed time together here with my immediate family. We each had our own bedroom and bath. And on Saturday when we got 10” of snow, we appreciated that the driveway and sidewalks were taken care of for us Arizonians. We will stay here again the next time we are in Urbandale!
