Two private bedrooms are located on the main level.
The finished lower level is a studio-style layout with two separate sleeping areas. One queen bed in a defined alcove space and one queen bed in the main living are, with sleeping areas positioned on opposite sides of the room for privacy. The suite includes a full leather lounge with Roku smart TV, a bar area with beverage fridge, ample cabinet storage, a 4-seat dining area, and a full bathroom with rain shower. Ideal for two guests wanting separated sleeping arrangements, or a crew lead who wants a private floor.

New full-sized washer and dryer are located in the lower level laundry room.

Whether you're managing a project, working an event series, or relocating to the Des Moines area, this home offers space, privacy and convenience for longer stays.

Other things to note:
No pets permitted. Two exterior security cameras monitor the front entry/driveway and rear entry. Outward-facing only, no interior cameras. A Minut device monitors noise levels and smoke only; no audio or video recording inside the home.
