About this property

Cozy oasis nestled in mature aspen overlooking the city of Butte, Montana

Private access to a retreat space, design to allow a relaxing, refreshing stay for either traveling through, or extended stay for traveling professionals, or to take in our historic city, and it’s activities, all just ten minutes away. The space includes a large living area with leather seating along with a T.V. Patio area with table and chairs for your morning coffee or tea, which is supplied by way of a Kerig coffee maker. A large bedroom with two queen size beds. Another queens size trundle style is available in the living room area. It has a large bathroom, with a tub shower combination. Plenty of towels, etc for your comfort. Easy access to 1-90 s and I-15 s on and off ramps makes an overnight stay convenient in that you can be on your way without delay, giving you more time for that extra cup of coffee, or a little extra shut eye. It also allows quick access to fine dining, shopping etc. We’re also within walking distance to walking trails taking you to the Continental Divide. We’re state license and inspected.

A nice little spot!

My friend and I booked a stay for our girls weekend. We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were so nice and cozy, and the host is so friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend staying here when you travel through Butte!

Fantastic view

The property was situated above the city and very quiet. The hostess was great informing us of local events and fine dining. The highlight though was Moose the wonderdog that greeted us and was our close companion when we were around!

Comfortable and Cozy

Property was easy to access and easy to find. The space was much more spacious than I thought which was a pleasant surprise. It had everything we needed for a quick layover on our road trip.

Nice, great location, nice one bedroom apartment, 3 double beds, just outside of town.

Nice large one bedroom apartment, with cooking facilities, full fridge, 3 double beds, nice full bathroom. The host was especially nice too and quite accomodating. Very friendly folks. Beautiful view of the area as well. Quiet. Trail head just down the road. Three Bears grocery, gas, supply, nearby. One mile from Interstate exit. We really enjoyed, appreciated and felt blessed staying in this nice place.

Cumin Butte

You go down some outside steps to enter by sliding glass doors. Very comfortable living room with TV. Nice eating space. Large bathroom and bedroom with 2 queen beds. Comfortable sleeping. Bev and Dan were great hosts. We could easily see Our Lady of the Rockies from this place which was a bonus for us. Full fridge and small microwave. Great place to stay!

Perfect Little Hideout for Trips

This was a little gem. There are huge windows in the living area, so lots of sunlight, and a fantastic view of the city. There is also a notably beautiful aspen grove right outside the entrance that seems to be frequented by chickadees and doves, and a lovely patio area to enjoy it. The decor, furniture, and appliances are modern and cute. The glass top stove is also awesome! And the beds are verrrrrrry comfy. This would easily accommodate a family of 4 but is also very nice for just a solo traveler or due looking for a few nights away. It is also DEAD quiet at night, so if you're a light sleeper, don't fret. You'll sleep well! I will be visiting again!

Great, quiet spot on the mountainside

Beautiful new home with all the amenities and some! Nice quit spot on Butte's East ridge. Look up and see the Lady of the Rockies. 5-10 minutes to Walmart.

Beautiful views. Yard was amazing and peaceful. The place was spacious and comfortable.

More than expected. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful inside and out. Plenty of comfortable sleeping and lounging space. Will def stay again. Views were beautiful at night. Easy to communicate with owners when needed they were super helpful and accommodating.

Butte stay

Beautiful location with easy access to the freeway. Well stacked kitchen, comfortable beds. The only inconvenience is that you can not get access to the property unless the owner is there. We had to wait more than 40 min for Bev to come home and open the apartment for us. I recommend this property To others.

My wife and I were very pleased with these accommodations. The bathroom was very clean with a good supply of towels and needed supplies. There is a small kitchenette with dishes and silverware available. The living room is very spacious with beautiful living room furniture. There is very nice carpeting throughout the apartment with beautiful tile floors in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with clean, fresh linens and a beautiful bedspread. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were when we walked in and saw the beautiful small apartment with such a nice amenities. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed with their stay there. I might add that, even though we were in the owner’s basement, it was always quiet. We think it’s a perfect place to stay while visiting the city of Butte.

Peaceful Retreat

Country quiet😉

Nice apt under main home. Right off the interstate and only a few miles from town and restaurants. Quiet country setting with beautiful view. Comfortable beds and bathroom. High top table is a challenge for older people but we managed.
