The apartment was just right

Christine was an excellent host. Her apartment had everything we needed, and the location was perfect, all the highlights of Cannes within a very short walk. We had one small problem which was rectified extremely quickly.

The apartment was clean and well prepared by Christine. She responded well to all our requests on the message service. The entry heading up the stair is a little dark and peculiar, But the apartment was excellent for a building of its location and age.

Nice fully furnished 2BR / 2BA Apt with old port view

Christine was a very nice host, she met me in person for check in and check out. Assist to lift my luggages to the 1st floor since there is no lift in the building. The apartment is nicely furnished. I like the open kitchen floor plan with view of old port. Good sound proof of dual pane window from the noise from outside street & restaurants crowd below the apart,emt. Central air filter installed in the unit to maintain the unit air clean was a plus. I like the location for being close by to the city center within minutes of walking distance. The only downside of the unit was the windows of bedrooms were not recommended to be open for dust reason. Otherwise, I enjoyed the stay. Thank you Christine to host me for the stay.

Magnifique vue sur le port

J’ai été très satisfait à mon arrivée par l’accueil de la propriétaire qui m’a donné les explications claires, simples avec le sourire et beaucoup de bienveillance, et m’a donné aussi des explications pour pouvoir me garer m’a conseillé un petit restaurant très sympa que j’ai essayé avec mon époux, malgré ma submersion de travail, ce que j’ai moins aimé C’est, du côté des chambres, les stores n’occulte pas suffisamment les chambres et des fois y avait des remontées d’odeur de cuisine et j’ai été réveillé une fois quand je me suis levé plus tard par les travaux échafaudage des travailleurs à l’extérieur. Sinon tout était parfait. Je reviendrai dans ce magnifique appartement, je me suis senti comme à la maison je remercie infiniment la propriétaire. .

Bel appartement avec vue sur palais des festivals

Nous étions 4 et nous avons passés une belle semaine relaxante et ensoleillée. Les chambres sont en retrait de la rue ce qui permet d’éviter d’être indispose par l’animation qu'il y règne.

Tout était parfait. A l'arrivée Christine vous accueille très chaleureusement avec des bonbons et on ressent tout de suite le plaisir de recevoir. L'appartement est neuf, très propre, idéalement situé pour nous, sur le port (nous avons notre bateau juste en face). L'équipement de l'appartement est complet et vous n'avez plus qu'à passer de magnifiques vacances. Nous reviendrons très clairement. Merci beaucoup Christine.

Perfect for business conference

The flat was clean and updated. No issues gaining access and contact with the owner was easy. Proximity to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès is great. I hope to rent it again next year.
