COVID-19 INFORMATION: Dear guests, to ensure your comfort and safety, we have implemented enhanced hygiene measures in our accommodation before your arrival: cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces, a minimum of 4 hours of ventilation throughout the house, washing of bed linens and bath towels at 60 degrees Celsius, etc.

Linens (bed sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases and pillowcases, bath towels and mats, dish towels, and blankets), as well as end-of-stay cleaning, are payable on the day of arrival, upon key handover by the local agency, for a flat fee of €180 per stay. This amount is not included in the booking price.

Enjoyable visit to Coulliure, France

Property on Ocean with 180degree view. Early morning coffee on the deck ample sleeping quarters for four people, quiet scenes of ocean and quaint town are a few of the amenities of this very desirable vacation spot. we are three generations of visitors from 20-86 !

Wonderfull stay!

Nice appartement with superb view over the rocks and sea. Terras is perfectly oriented so that in summer, the appartement doesn’t get too hot. Only dissapointment was the unusual high and obligated fee for the sheets, and the terras on the left side that was broken and looked like it would fall down. Otherwise excellent and very pleseant. Splendit location, and perfect for a vacation at the sea with kids :) would highly recommend and will definetly come back!

These services correspond to the entrance fees and are clearly specified on the announcement and when booking. For the small balcony, like the other balconies of the residence, it has been secured as a precaution and consolidation work is planned for this winter. Eine tolle Wohnung an ausserordentlicher Lage. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer direkt aufs Meer ist einzigartig. Direkt von der Wohung kann man über die Felsen zum Meer gelangen. Zum Baden isg dies nicht geeignet, jedoch zum Fischen schon. In kurzer Gehdistanz erreicht man einen kleinen, geschützten Strand, optimal zum Schnorcheln und Baden. Collioure ist ein wunderbares Städtchen in Gehdistanz. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in 5 Min. Gehdistanz vorhanden.

Super Wohnung im wunderschönen Küstenort

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer tollen Lage direkt am Meer, geschmacklich super schön eingerichtet und man muss wirklich nichts an Zubehör mitbringen. Absolut alles war hervorragend, nur die Betten in der oberen Etage dürften besser sein.

Wunderbare Urlaubstage

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf den Felsen direkt am Meer und ist gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Check-in und die Betreuung mit Pascal haben reibungslos funktioniert. Wir vermissen jetzt schon das Meeresrauschen und die herrlichen Sonnenaufgänge. Wir haben die Urlaubstage sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Das große Plus dieser Ferienwohnung: Man ist wirklich DIREKT am Meer. Wunderbarer unverbauter Blick aufs Meer. 0 Minuten zum Meer über die Felsen, 5 Minuten zu den plages publiques. Ausstattung und Zustand sehr gut. Die Bilder sind zu 100% zutreffend. Balkon etwas schmal für Mahlzeiten im Freien mit mehr als 2 Personen. Die Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind recht klein und in der sehr heißen Woche, die wir in Collioure verbrachten, aufgrund der kleinen Fenster trotz zweier Ventilatoren kaum zu belüften. Sehr nette und absolut unkomplizierte Betreuung bei An- und Abreise durch Pascal!

Das Haus ist auf die Felsen gesetzt, sodass man den ganzen Tag, wie auf einem Schiff, aufs Meer blicken kann. Die Austattung war für uns mehr als ausreichend. Check in und Betreuung waren prima. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Une vue à vous couper le souffle

Un appartement très fonctionnel, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Un emplacement exceptionnel ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour bercé par le clapotis des vagues et le cri des mouettes.

appartement idéalement situé au dessus des rochers et de la mer; avec vue sur le large et la belle église si typique de Collioure.Premier commerce (liddl) à qq minutes vers Port Vendre; et centre ville de collioure à 15-20 minutes à pied par la corniche. Cadre du logement très jolie, fonctionnel et très bien équipé, bien situé par rapport aux marchés et aux activités alentours. La literie est confortable, seul bémol la chaleur et l’humidité difficile à supporter 29 degrés en moyenne dans le logement mais avec le vent ça permettait de raffraichir un peu le soir, propreté des sols moyenne certainement liée aux embruns, transats balcon un peu usés. Les activités alentours sont très sympa pour les enfants. Très Bon accueil lors de notre arrivée.

Merci Gaëlle pour votre appréciation. Il est vrai qu'il a fait très chaud en France cette semaine, avec une canicule et des records de chaleurs supérieurs à 37°C. Heureusement, le fait d'être en bord de mer permet de ventiler le soir. Pascal nous a fait part aussi d'un problème sur les transats et nous allons les changer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location est à la hauteur de ses promesses. La vue sur la mer est encore plus belle que sur les photos de l'annonce. L'appartement est très bien équipé, le décor est soigné. Tout est en excellent état, au goût du jour et impeccable de propreté. L'accueil de M. Berland est très professionnel. Le départ de cet endroit était bien difficile...

Chers vacanciers, Merci beaucoup pour vos 5 étoiles. Le balcon, à cette période, est ensoleillé tout l'après-midi. C'est seulement aux mois de décembre/janvier que le terrasse ne bénéficie pas du soleil. Dès le printemps, elle est ensoleillée le matin.
