Air Conditioned Villa Pool & Private Garden, Beach 800m

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING - VILLA NON-SMOKER & NO ANIMALS

Come and Enjoy our beautiful Provence modern villa of 1500sqf. 10 min walking distance from the Mediterranean sea and the beaches.

On the first floor, you will enjoy our sunny Master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and private shower room, and balcony. The 2 other bedrooms are my daughter's bedrooms with twin beds in each room. The 4th room is a guest/office room, you will find inside a sofa bed in queen size.

DOWNSTAIRS is a big open space where you will have the living room, the tv room with home theater, DVD, Apple Tv,...and the open kitchen.

OUTSIDE you will enjoy our 500sqf terrace with propane BBQ and a table for up to 8 guests, you will enjoy our garden, the swimming pool with its wood sun deck. And you will have also to the practice field to enjoy our national sport: "la pétanque"


The household linen for beds is an extra of 100€/stay and has to be paid upon giving the keys.
The cleaning fee is 200€/stay and has to be paid upon giving the keys

Make sure to tell us as much as you can about you and your family or the people who come with you, if not your demand will not be approved.
We prefer a good profile with at least the last 5 reviews positive and family for a minimum stay of 2 weeks. Profile with negative review will not be approved.
Renting our house doesn't give you the liberty to do what you want but just give you the opportunity the sleep in my house and under my rules. You have no right to move to take any furniture and you will be responsible for everything you broke or damaged.
If you don't like my rules please feel free to book another place.

Très agréable maison pour une famille

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans la maison, dans laquelle on s'est senti comme chez nous. La maison est très bien équipée et très calme. Les enfants ont passé beaucoup de temps dans la piscine très propre et il y a de très belle plage dans les environs. La maison est bien localisée pour faire des excursions à Aix ou à Marseille et à de nombreux endroits. Un endroit à noter pour retourner.
