The living room with kitchen gives direct access to the terrace and the landscaped garden.

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé

En vacances avec nos 3 petits enfants, nous avons apprécié la taille de l'appartement et sa fonctionnalité, tout près de la plage. La piscine est un plus, à condition que la météo soit favorable ! C'est sans hésiter que nous espérons y retourner pour un nouveau séjour...

Sehr schöne Anlage

Die Unterkunft ist prima, sogar noch besser, als im Inserat beschrieben. Die Nähe zum Meer und zu dem traumhaften Wanderweg entlang der Küste ist unschlagbar. Einziger Minuspunkt: In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage

Schöne Wohnung nur durch eine Einbahnstraße vom Strand getrennt. Toll bepflanzt, sodass man die Autos nicht sieht und ruhig gelegen. Pool war sauber. Nur der Babypool war nicht gefüllt. Duschbereich müsste gestrichen werden, ansonsten alles sehr schön.

Calme, agréable, dépaysant

Idéalement situé (la terrasse est à 30 m du haut de la plage : j'ai vérifié) cet appartement en rez de jardin est vraiment bien. Nous avons passé 1 semaine en famille à 4 au calme dans une résidence paysagée et entretenue. L'appartement est très bien équipé, la cuisine récente et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La bonne surprise pour nous qui découvrions la région et l'emplacement ! A 2 pas d'une plage vaste et d'une eau plutôt chaude, dans une résidence avec piscine, la terrasse qui permet des petits-déjeuners au soleil et le Cap Coz qui apporte du calme. Vraiment de très bonnes vacances. Sincèrement. la Famille G

Superbe cadre au bord de l’eau

Séjour très agréable : appartement RDC assez fonctionnel et cuisine bien équipée. Terrasse et coin jardin appréciés. Résidence calme , bien fleurie. Piscine pour alterner avec la mer 😉 Pas d état des lieux d entrée et de sortie, juste une clé dans boîtier, pratique et efficace.

Amazing location - perfect for a family!

I have been to Brittany most summers since I was aged 2 and so know it well. I have always loved Cap Coz beach and it did not disappoint - perfect location for a family holiday (our children are 5 and 3). The beach is goegeous and never too busy, plus there are water sports on offer for adults/older children and ‘club mickey’ for children aged 3 to 12 (children can stay for just an hour at a time or all morning/afternoon and it is reasonably priced). There are some lovely restaurants v close to the apartment - pied dans l’eau was our favourite (3 min walk) - and also the sandwich/pizza/chip/ice cream van on the beach is as good as ever (it has been there for 30+ years!). Plus made an easy meal or two! There are lots of things to do nearby, pretty places to visit (eg Bénodet (Santa marine), Concarneau, Quimper), markets, other beaches and also we went to oceanopolis in Brest (around a 50 min drive away) which was fab. But, weather permitting, you could stay in Cap-Coz for the whole time! Only slight downside is we didn’t find a supermarket in walking distance but there is a great Carefour shop around 10 mins drive away in Fouesnant plus tons of other shops as well in all the surrounding villages/towns. As for the apartment, the location is gorgeous - the patio garden looks out over the beach but is still private as it is slightly sunken. Literally only a 30 second walk to the sand! So handy being able to pop back for the loo, more towels etc! The pool was also brilliant - not too cold and also not busy; we spent most afternoons around 4/5pm at the pool. As for the apartment, there are 6 beds (1 double, 1 twin plus 1 set of bunk beds) across 3 bedrooms, plus sofa beds in the living room. It would easily suit a family of 2 parents and 4 kids, or perhaps 4 adults and 2 kids. If you didn’t mind a bit of a squeeze, you could sleep more as there are also the sofa beds! There are 2 WCs and 2 bathrooms which helps too. Good blackout curtains. It’s not luxurious but perfectly pleasant. The kitchen etc is compact but had all we needed and it was handy having a dishwasher. Plus we ate outside every day anyway. The parking space is great and v secure. Reception is also useful and has lots of information about places to go. And the local contact was very helpful and responsive. Loved our holiday - thank you!
