Perfect for a family group having 2 bedrooms 2 showers and 2 toilets. Friendly concierge helpful with small coffee machine problem. Ambleteuse is lovely in october if you prefer very very quiet. The communication with the host could have been simpler without the somewhat complicated washing & electric meter arrangement. We could watch dutch television using the excellent wifi ( bring an HDMI cable to connect your laptop to the tv).

Es war traumhaft, Virginie war supernett zu uns, hat unsere Verspätung wg Krankheit sehr bedauert und uns nette Bilder vorab geschickt. Ein Traum, wenn man beim Kochen auf das Meer blickt und beim Essen der Sonne beim Schlafen gehen zusieht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, auch die Kinder wurden herzlichst empfangen. Kleine Tips zum Einkaufen, Hinweise für den Strand, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Und wir kommen wieder!

Maison de vacances au top!

La localisation est top et la vue sur la plage juste exceptionnelle. De plus, la maison est bien équipée et propre dans l’ensemble (sauf les vitres qui n’étaient pas super nettes). Les pièces sont agréables et le mobilier confortable. Très pratique avec un bébé d’un peu moins de 2 ans.La communication avec la propriétaire a été très bonne et elle est très réactive. Nous y retournerons sûrement.Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil!

Mi figue mi raisin (plutôt figue que raisin quand même)

On ne va pas mentir, la situation de l'appartement est idéale, vue sur la mer, restauration apparemment récente contenant tout le nécessaire et literie plus que correcte. Passé cela, vous vous apercevrez que la télévision ne diffuse que 2 chaînes qui sautent tellement que vous ne l'allumez plus ( je sais on n'est pas là pour regarder la télé mais quand il fait nuit à 18h on aurait apprécié). Du coup je préconise de l'enlever de l'annonce ou de faire en sorte qu'elle fonctionne puisque j'ai vu lu déjà quelques commentaires à ce sujet. La cafetière est insupportable: comptez 30 min pour passer une demi verseuse, (je sais on n'est pas pressé le matin en vacances ). La porte fonctionne très mal : nous avons failli rester coincer à l'intérieur et avons eu beaucoup de mal à la fermer en partant (problème signalée à la propriétaire). Ah la propriétaire, sa communication très péremptoire et cassante, ses injonctions à photographier les compteurs. Et pour finir, il faut laisser le montant du ménage (obligatoire, pas le choix) et de la lingerie sur la table en liquide s'il vous plaît. Chose que nous n'avons pas faite puisque pas indiquée dans le doux mail précédent notre arrivée. Du coup madame s'énerve, nous harcèle de sms et d'appels pour savoir où est son argent et menace même d'en référer à Abritel (qui sera ravi d'apprendre cette pratique non facturée par eux et du coup tout bénef). En honnête gens nous avons viré la somme. Pas sûr de revenir, en fait si, sûr de pas y retourner!

Séjour à Ambleteuse aout 2024

Appartement spacieux idéalement situé sur le front de mer, très bien équipé dans une petite station balnéaire pittoresque ; la région est magnifique. Seuls petits bémols ; réception TV médiocre donc très vite agaçant (mais on s’en passe aisément en vacances par beau temps) et pas de lave-linge. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

mérite la location avec quelques améliorations

appartement magnifiquement situé et bien aménagé. Manque un peu de rangement. A notre arrivée, les vitres extérieures n'avaient pas été nettoyées ce que nous avons dû faire nous-même avec les moyens du bord et à hauteur d'homme. Les traces des embruns sur les vitres ont créé quelques ressacs dans la communication avec la propriétaire. Les connexions du poste de télévision aux quelques chaînes reçues sont plus qu'aléatoire ce qui incite à la lecture.

Taumhafter Ausblick und komfirtables Appartement

Wir (51, 56, 85 und 88 Jahre) haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der großzügigen und super ausgestatteten und sauberen Wohnung verbracht. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum: die Gezeiten, die Wellen, die Sonnenunergänge... Die Wohnung verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Durch zwei Schlafzimmer und die beiden Bäder ideal für zwei Paare. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war sehr nett, sie reagierte prompt auf Fragen. Das Auto parkte bequem vor der Tür auf dem Grundstück. Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wiederkommen können! Danke!

Sehr erholsam und ein fast poetischer Ausblick

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen. Herrliche Lage, unglaublich schöner Ausblick. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen und zu sehen. Aber auch wer es etwas ruhiger liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Danke für alles! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Toller Meerblick

Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Ärmelkanal, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Bei gutem Wetter sieht man die Klippen der englischen Küste, bei schlechtem Wetter kann man die raue See und die Wellenreiter beobachten. Beeindruckende Gezeiten; das Ufer bei Flut überwiegend Kiesel und Felsen. Bei Niedrigwasser wird ein großer Sandstrand frei. Die Wohnung liegt in einer älteren Strandvilla und wurde offensichtlich vor nicht allzulanger Zeit renoviert. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Im überschaubaren sympathischen Ort ist mit Bäcker, Supermarkt und ein paar kleineren Restaurants alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Unkomplizierte nette Vermieterin!

Wohnung mit Panoramablick

Das Herausragende an dieser Wohnung ist natürlich die Lage direkt am Meer. Durch die großen Erkerfenster hatte man schon fast das Gefühl eines "Rundumblickes". In dieser Wohnung kann man auch mal gut bei schlechtem Wetter einen Tag drinnen verbringen. Alles war sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können uns gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen.
