Perfect for a family group having 2 bedrooms 2 showers and 2 toilets. Friendly concierge helpful with small coffee machine problem. Ambleteuse is lovely in october if you prefer very very quiet. The communication with the host could have been simpler without the somewhat complicated washing & electric meter arrangement. We could watch dutch television using the excellent wifi ( bring an HDMI cable to connect your laptop to the tv).

Es war traumhaft, Virginie war supernett zu uns, hat unsere VerspĂ€tung wg Krankheit sehr bedauert und uns nette Bilder vorab geschickt. Ein Traum, wenn man beim Kochen auf das Meer blickt und beim Essen der Sonne beim Schlafen gehen zusieht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, auch die Kinder wurden herzlichst empfangen. Kleine Tips zum Einkaufen, Hinweise fĂŒr den Strand, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Und wir kommen wieder!

Maison de vacances au top!

La localisation est top et la vue sur la plage juste exceptionnelle. De plus, la maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et propre dans l’ensemble (sauf les vitres qui n’étaient pas super nettes). Les piĂšces sont agrĂ©ables et le mobilier confortable. TrĂšs pratique avec un bĂ©bĂ© d’un peu moins de 2 ans.La communication avec la propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bonne et elle est trĂšs rĂ©active. Nous y retournerons sĂ»rement.Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil!

Mi figue mi raisin (plutĂŽt figue que raisin quand mĂȘme)

On ne va pas mentir, la situation de l'appartement est idĂ©ale, vue sur la mer, restauration apparemment rĂ©cente contenant tout le nĂ©cessaire et literie plus que correcte. PassĂ© cela, vous vous apercevrez que la tĂ©lĂ©vision ne diffuse que 2 chaĂźnes qui sautent tellement que vous ne l'allumez plus ( je sais on n'est pas lĂ  pour regarder la tĂ©lĂ© mais quand il fait nuit Ă  18h on aurait apprĂ©ciĂ©). Du coup je prĂ©conise de l'enlever de l'annonce ou de faire en sorte qu'elle fonctionne puisque j'ai vu lu dĂ©jĂ  quelques commentaires Ă  ce sujet. La cafetiĂšre est insupportable: comptez 30 min pour passer une demi verseuse, (je sais on n'est pas pressĂ© le matin en vacances ). La porte fonctionne trĂšs mal : nous avons failli rester coincer Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et avons eu beaucoup de mal Ă  la fermer en partant (problĂšme signalĂ©e Ă  la propriĂ©taire). Ah la propriĂ©taire, sa communication trĂšs pĂ©remptoire et cassante, ses injonctions Ă  photographier les compteurs. Et pour finir, il faut laisser le montant du mĂ©nage (obligatoire, pas le choix) et de la lingerie sur la table en liquide s'il vous plaĂźt. Chose que nous n'avons pas faite puisque pas indiquĂ©e dans le doux mail prĂ©cĂ©dent notre arrivĂ©e. Du coup madame s'Ă©nerve, nous harcĂšle de sms et d'appels pour savoir oĂč est son argent et menace mĂȘme d'en rĂ©fĂ©rer Ă  Abritel (qui sera ravi d'apprendre cette pratique non facturĂ©e par eux et du coup tout bĂ©nef). En honnĂȘte gens nous avons virĂ© la somme. Pas sĂ»r de revenir, en fait si, sĂ»r de pas y retourner!

Appartement spacieux idĂ©alement situĂ© sur le front de mer, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© dans une petite station balnĂ©aire pittoresque ; la rĂ©gion est magnifique. Seuls petits bĂ©mols ; rĂ©ception TV mĂ©diocre donc trĂšs vite agaçant (mais on s’en passe aisĂ©ment en vacances par beau temps) et pas de lave-linge. Nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour.

mérite la location avec quelques améliorations

appartement magnifiquement situĂ© et bien amĂ©nagĂ©. Manque un peu de rangement. A notre arrivĂ©e, les vitres extĂ©rieures n'avaient pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©es ce que nous avons dĂ» faire nous-mĂȘme avec les moyens du bord et Ă  hauteur d'homme. Les traces des embruns sur les vitres ont crĂ©Ă© quelques ressacs dans la communication avec la propriĂ©taire. Les connexions du poste de tĂ©lĂ©vision aux quelques chaĂźnes reçues sont plus qu'alĂ©atoire ce qui incite Ă  la lecture.

Taumhafter Ausblick und komfirtables Appartement

Wir (51, 56, 85 und 88 Jahre) haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der großzĂŒgigen und super ausgestatteten und sauberen Wohnung verbracht. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum: die Gezeiten, die Wellen, die SonnenunergĂ€nge... Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber alle Annehmlichkeiten. Durch zwei Schlafzimmer und die beiden BĂ€der ideal fĂŒr zwei Paare. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war sehr nett, sie reagierte prompt auf Fragen. Das Auto parkte bequem vor der TĂŒr auf dem GrundstĂŒck. Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wiederkommen können! Danke!

Sehr erholsam und ein fast poetischer Ausblick

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen. Herrliche Lage, unglaublich schöner Ausblick. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen und zu sehen. Aber auch wer es etwas ruhiger liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin und wir fĂŒhlten uns sehr willkommen. Danke fĂŒr alles! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Toller Meerblick

Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Ärmelkanal, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Bei gutem Wetter sieht man die Klippen der englischen KĂŒste, bei schlechtem Wetter kann man die raue See und die Wellenreiter beobachten. Beeindruckende Gezeiten; das Ufer bei Flut ĂŒberwiegend Kiesel und Felsen. Bei Niedrigwasser wird ein großer Sandstrand frei. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Ă€lteren Strandvilla und wurde offensichtlich vor nicht allzulanger Zeit renoviert. In der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Im ĂŒberschaubaren sympathischen Ort ist mit BĂ€cker, Supermarkt und ein paar kleineren Restaurants alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Unkomplizierte nette Vermieterin!

Wohnung mit Panoramablick

Das Herausragende an dieser Wohnung ist natĂŒrlich die Lage direkt am Meer. Durch die großen Erkerfenster hatte man schon fast das GefĂŒhl eines "Rundumblickes". In dieser Wohnung kann man auch mal gut bei schlechtem Wetter einen Tag drinnen verbringen. Alles war sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefĂŒhlt und können uns gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen.
