This is a beautiful bayside condo that sits directly on the sand in Mission Bay. With panoramic views, you can enjoy the bay from the master bedroom, living room, dining room or private Balcony. This property is on the second and third floors of a three-story building. The kitchen has been recently expanded and remodeled with new appliances and granite counter tops. This condo comfortably sleeps six and features dual master bedrooms with a king-sized bed in each one. There is also a sofa with a lounger in the living room and a Murphy King bed next to the kitchen. High speed internet is available. This unit is accessed through a locked security gate. There are two parking spaces. SMALL PETS UNDER 30 lbs ARE PERMITTED.

NEW YEARS EVE

Location is amazing. Condo has all the necessities you need. Power went out for almost 5 hours on New years eve night...leaving us in the dark, unable to celebrate the new year. A generator might be a good investment. No power in a vacation home is very disappointing

When we arrived we could not get in the garage to get the key as advised, there was a water leak and the garage was locked. We had to have another tenant let us through the gate to get to the property. The property smelled musty, we advised the property manager.

Mission Bay Vacation Rental

My husband and I brought our two adult daughters and their two children. We all agree that this was our favorite vacation. The condo had everything we needed except our food and clothing. They had a coin laundry room on the premises if needed. Beautiful views of the bay from the living room and master bedroom. Restaurants and kayak and boat rental within walking distance. We were also able to see the Seaworld fireworks from our balcony. Excellent communication with Dixie, the rental management. We will definitely be back❤️

San Diego stay

We really enjoyed being on the Mission Bayside, instead of the ocean. It was quiet in the evenings and beautiful to see the lights on the hill. We also saw the beautiful moon rising.

Perfect area, very comfortable beds and couch. View from the balcony is great for morning coffee or afternoon wine. About 80% of the property is clean. Only negative review is about 20% of condo needs a strong knook & cranny cleaning

Fun Trip!

Location location location! This was such a perfect spot to stay in. The bay side was so peaceful and the unit had wonderful views. It was also so close to walk to the ocean side where there was more action. I liked how secure the home was too with multiple keys and gates for entry. My family had a great time riding bikes, walking and hanging on the beach. The only negative would be that there was some maintenance being done so there was construction noise during our stay. We didn’t stay in the unit all day so it was fine. I was in communication with the property manager via text which was great as well. Would stay again, kids loved our convenient location. We never took the car out.

Summer Sailing

The condo was very comfortable and the location was good for going to Mission Bay Yacht Club. However, there was no mention of the small size of the garages and the parking pad. We have a Lincoln Navigator and it would not fit into the garage and it stuck out into the driveway past the red line on the parking space. Since the garage is located next to a turning intersection, we were afraid someone would hit it. Therefore, we parked at the yacht club and walked to and from the car (about a 20 minute walk each way). We felt fortunate we have a yacht club membership, because it would have been difficult to find parking nearby the condo. Other people looked like they had the same problem. I feel this should be noted in the condo information so that guests are better prepared. Otherwise, we had a great time. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. We did not drive our vehicle, as we did not want to lose our parking space, but just took Uber's everywhere we went, which were quite convenient. The beach area is not for SUV's.
