Loved the townhouse!! These places can’t be beat; so close and easy access to the beach, great for us seniors that even struggle on solid ground. This is the second year we have stayed in these townhouses and we will definitely be back. Everything you need and then some!

Host is extremely communicative in a great way. They aloud us to check in early. Checked in with us through out the trip making sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. Beds were very comfortable for the whole family. You’re literally 100 feet from the beach. Tons of activities in the town to do that are 15-20 min away. I would stay here again.

We’ve stayed at several VRBO’s and this one stood out for its cleanliness, location, and beautiful views of the ocean. The host kept in good communication and check in was pleasantly easy. The beach decor in the home was lovely. We really appreciated all the electrical outlets everywhere in the townhouse.

The listening looked nice. We arrived earlier then check in and there was ppl doing some electrical work. Then was not able to get into the place about 40 mins after check in cause the cleaners had to clean. But the place was still dirty. For the cost I feel like the place should be immaculate. They have an ant problem. Looked like there was food in a cabinet leftover from previous guests. Also they must have some electrical issues cause the fan in the upstairs bedroom lights would flicker also the back porch light also was flickering on and off. Coming downstairs you can see how dirty the top of the cabinets are with the decorations. Piles of dust. The internet was not working. A Missing TV remote. The handyman had to come fix the patio of loose wood, as we had LOs with us and didnt want them to get hurt. Multiple spots on the subfloor felt like it was going. This was definitely a mediocre place but overpriced. With tons of flaws. Yes it’s on the beach but so are 1000s more. The host did communicate multiple times throughout the stay. We come to the panhandle several times a year, unfortunately this will be our last at this place.

Great location, great rental!

This spacious unit is in the perfect location for PCB…very close to restaurants/groceries, but the beachfront feels more secluded. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and we loved the covered deck area looking out on the ocean. Great communication with the owner, and they were very accommodating.

the property was literally steps to the beach. It was in a great neighborhood but the roads were pretty busy so look out for that. The house was clean and much bigger in person! Overall excellent stay!
