We are very pleased with our holiday and stay at the Perdigones' villa...The couple were incredibly kind and helpful. Our stay at their villa was a true vacation...The villa was equipped in every way, our children felt comfortable and happy.There's not much to write, everything was great, and I won't deny that we'll be back next year...Warmest regards to the hosts of this Villa and their lovely daughter.

Stunning villa with exceptional views and immaculately clean. The owners cannot be more helpful.

The photos of the villa do not do it justice. It's stunning and the grounds surrounding it are huge. There were 10 of us staying in the villa and due to its size it was lovely and spacious. Every nessecity is catered for with lots of plates, glasses, cooking apparatus and seating arrangements. The views are stunning and it is set in a very quiet urbanisation. Very close to all amenities including the water park and lots of restaurants although a car is needed. The owners cannot help enough. They even arranged a taxi for us when we wanted to visit a restaurant without driving. It was immaculate when we arrived with the whitest beautifully pressed bedding I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this villa and will be hoping to to book for next year. Xx

Disappointing Stay at Villa in Vidreres...

The owners of the villa (elderly couple) manage the cleaning and changeover of the villa, so the fact that they had not a single word of English, was a serious disadvantage. Thankfully, one of our group had good Spanish. However, not mentioned on the website, and which we only discovered on arrival at the villa, was the following: it's at the top of a very steep hill (car essential), no towels of any description provided (we were out another €120 min to buts towels at supermarket), electricity will cut out altogether when more than 2 appliances are switched on (eg. Kettle and dishwasher), no aircon or fans provided at all, despite asking in advance, and temperatures of 40°+ in August, poor Wifi (despite a public telecommunications mast on top of villa), poor water supply (no toilet paper to be placed in toilet, so bins to be used (very unhygenic, especially in hot weather). One of the biggest annoyances at the villa, was the number of neighbours' dogs barking throughout the night... at least 4 or 5 in the surrounding houses... so very little sleep was had. To top it all off, on departure, the owners tried to take €100 off our €700 cash security deposit, for sand in the pool, which not only was negligible, but also impossible to avoid, given that there was no pump filter system in the small pool. In short, it was not the relaxing, restful holiday we had hoped for, and the money paid was certainly not worth it, given the lack of proper services at the property.

Schöner Familienurlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus

Unserer Familienurlaub war schön. Bei unserer Ankunft, nachdem wir schon 2 Tage unterwegs waren, wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben gleich etwas zu trinken bekommen. Victoriano und Carmen sind sehr nette Vermieter und sehr gastfreundlich. Uns wurde das Haus gezeigt und wir waren alle sehr begeistert wie groß dieses Haus ist. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Aber nicht nur innen war alles perfekt, auch der Aussenbereich war sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Leider muss ich dennoch den Hundelärm in der Nachbarschaft erwähnen. Wir haben nichts gegen Hunde, aber früh 7 Uhr, wollten wir in unserem Urlaub, nicht aufstehen. Ansonsten war alles super und wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Victoriano und Carmen.

Lovely holiday

We had a wonderfull time. We travelled with two families, together we were with 11 persons. The house is very beautifull and clean. We used the pool every day and it was lovely. Victoriano and Carmen are kind and the communication through the VRBO app was good. We are from the Netherlands and travelled by car, it was also possible to park the cars inside the properity, beside the house. Lloret de mar was 8 km away, a car is nessery. Also Tossa de Mar was beautifull. We want to thank Victoriano and Carmen.

Nous avons eu la joie de louer cette jolie maison en ete 2016. La maison est au calme dans les hauts de la ville, les commerces sont accessibles en voiture ( on ne peut pas tout avoir.) les propriétaires sont des gens très sympathiques et chaleureux ! N hésitez pas a louer cette maison, nous en garderons de magnifiques souvenirs....Virginie.

FANTASTICA VILLA

Disfrutamos muchísimo de la estancia en la Villa. Nos encanto su ubicación, ya que disfrutamos de la montaña además de estar cerca del parque Acuatico WaterWorld y LLoret de Mar (playa). Lo mejor. La casa es fantástica decorada con muy buen gusto muy amplia y de perfecta limpieza. Esta todo muy cuidado. Sin dudar a dudas la recomiendo. Los propietarios muy atentos. Volveré el año que viene. Gracias por todo.
