Lovely vacation area and house by the beach

We really enjoyed our first post pandemic holiday in this traditional villa with a big swimming pool and a big size garden with a tennis court. Its not a modern house, but I like classic style houses like this with its own authentic characters. What we liked the most is the privacy at the pool and even more than that the location - very close to the beach and the restaurants. The house itself is of a good size and so are the rooms. On the downside, well, I wish the kitchen was a bit bigger. Apparently the owners bought plenty of new things for the kitchen, so all you need for 10 people you get there, all new, but I would also suggest they throw away some old things which may confuse people. In general we had a short but lovely holiday in a lovely environment.

Excellent séjour en octobre

La villa était très propre. Excellemment située, nous avons profité de la plage tous les jours. Le terrain de tennis était super pour les enfants et les grands. Nous avons pu arriver avant l'heure prévue et partir plus tard. Excellents contacts avec la propriétaire et les personnes chargées de l'entretien. Seul bémol, la piscine n'était pas entretenue après l'été et vu les températures, nous aurons pu en profiter.

Beau paysage mais prestation décevante

La villa était correcte quoiqu'un peu vieillotte, l'environnement magnifique : de jolies plages et criques à moins de 200 mètres ! Le problème c'est que les prestations annoncées n'ont pas été respectées : absence de Wifi mais SURTOUT impossibilité de se stationner, et garages inaccessibles !! Devant cette difficulté, nous avons contacté Abritel et le propriétaire mais les problèmes n'ont pas été gérés. Ces désagréments ont gâché notre séjour !

No pudimos entrar hasta por la 5 horas despues de la hora acordada porque estaban "limpiando".Pero cuando entramos estaba todo muy sucio: la cocina llena de grasa restos de comida de la estancia anterior, desordenada, tostadora llena de migas de hace semanas y la nevera la tuvimos que desmontar entera para limpiar. los baños con restos de los anteriores inquilinos (podeis imaginar...), basura acumulada por el jardin (bolsas llenas de botellas, etc) exterior medio abandonado, roto y sucio. muebles viejos, muchas cosas rotas... La conexion a internet es prepago y si se agota lo tienes que recargar tu mismo. la television por satelite no funciona y la normal apenas un par de canales. Por poner algo positivo, la piscina bien y la proximidad a la playa. Para el precio que tiene necesita una reforma y buena preparacion para la llegada de los inquilinos

Extremadamente sucio y dejado.

El alojamiento no coresponde en nada con las espectativas de un sitio decente para pasar vacaciones. El exterior de la casa esta en estado de abandono, no hay ninguna limpieza, sitio muy descuidado. La piscina esta de color verde oscuro. Cosas tiradas en el suelo al rededor de la casa. En el interior, la cocina esta muy sucia, con las heramientas amontonadas por todas partes. Estado del horno y de la nevera indescriptible de suciedad. Las habitaciones, sin contar con el estado de antiguedad de las camas/ colchones/ muebles, tenian sabanas y toallas limpias. En general, sitio completamente inadaptado al alquiler vacacional. El precio esta completamente desconectado de la realidad del bien. Proximidad de la playa ideal.

Dear Catalin, sorry for not meeting your expectations but I immediately gave you full refund, which nobody else would do ( because part of payment is not refundable) and you had an opportunity to find another place to stay. I do not think you could find a place that you could be happy with, because none of guests had expectations as high as you and we found those demands not very reasonable. I accept that we had issues with a broken chairsand kitchen utensils but I explained to you that this Summer due to Covid I had no chance to travel to Spain to fix all issues and I suffered from Covid myself spending a month in bed. I will fix all issues for the next season if travel is allowed.

Nice autumn vacation

It was a great time for autumn vacation. Nearby restaurant was working and beach felt like private - very little people. House is great for large families with all amenities. Pool was good even for this time of the year.

A beautiful, large house in a perfect location eru close to lovely beaches surrounded by trees A good size pool and a nice garden. The tennis court needs some refreshing as well as some more kitchen utensils like forks and knives. Otherwise its a great place to be

Endroit parfait, belle piscine mais maison à ré-équiper totalement

Tout près d'une très belle plage, maison spacieuse et bien disposée mais totalement encombrée de meubles et objets divers trop vieux, sales et mauvais état sinon cassés (plus de la moitié des chaises de jardin). A part les chambres, pas d'endroit sympa où se poser du fait de cet encombrement..... de ce fait, ne valait pas le prix élevé payé. Meubles , coussins de chaises, tous ustensiles de cuisine à remplacer, et surtout toutes les vieilleries à jeter! Dommage sinon, car bon plan, bonne disposition, belle piscine, tennis en mauvais état mais utilisable.... et surtout très bel endroit

Dear Madam thank you for the review and feedback. I was surprised that you found everything in the house and specifically in kitchen very old. In August this year (just a week before you arrived) I bought brand new coffee maker, grill and microwave as well as brand new safe, hairdryers, iron board etc. The ceramic hob of top quality (Bosch) was installed last year. We bought a set of new plates, cups and cutlery etc last year. 4 brand new top quality mattresses were bought and the remaining 3 king size mattresses will be replaced with brand new ones next year. I accept the sofa in the lounge is a bit old and we will replace it before next season. We will also replace garden chairs as you suggested. As for the price, we decreased the price substantially since last year and it is below what similar houses in the area charge. thanks.

Lovely area set by the beach under pine trees.

Spacious house under the cover of trees which kept the area cool. Plenty of rooms to accommodate everyone.
