For rent, nice villa spacious and charming, with beautiful terraces where you can have a drink, have your meals, hang out the sun and admire the big blue. 2 steps from the sandy beach "Les Canyerets" - Detached house (4 fronts) with lush garden, comfortable, modern and fully equipped from 2 to 6 people.
On the beautiful corniche of the Costa Brava, 10 minutes drive from Sant Feliu de Guixols to Tossa De Mar, you will find a very pretty and peaceful urbanization: ROSAMAR. It is in this idyllic urbanization that is located our beautiful holiday home 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) with window, mechanical shutters, fitted wardrobes and furnished. Free WIFI. Built in the mountains (access stairs) this house is bright, functional, fully equipped and updated (renovated 2018-2019). High-end thermal fabric curtains. New quality bedding: 1 bed of 1m60x200, 1 bed of 1m40x190, 2 beds of 90cmX200: dimensions of pillows 4 pillows: 45cm x 75 cm and 2 pillows of 45 cm by 90 cm- New bathroom (walk-in shower) and towel radiator - fresh and modern decoration, electric juicer, cookware and new dishes. Flat screen TV with satellite, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Fireplace with insert and new electric radiators for your comfort in winter.
Private garage and closed. Beautiful and large terraces with open and unobstructed sea and mountain views, garden furniture and new designer lounge chairs. On the solarium terrace, outdoor shower to cool off after the beach. Our house is very close to the sea. The sandy beach of Canyerets is 150m (5 min walk from the house). Nautical club with possibility to rent a buoy for your boat. Restaurant close to the beach. Games for children and two petanque tracks in the urbanization. During the summer, supermarket open. In May, June, July, August and September, the beach bar "feet in the sand" super nice is open. Family place, friendly and relaxing at the same time.
Quality services. Complete final cleaning of the house obligatory. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels (pillowcases, duvet covers, a towel of 50cm x 100 cm and a shower towel of 60cmX110cm)

Great place

We had a wonderful time in Rosamar. A very nice View from the House and the beach was beautifull and near by. The House was great, designed with a lot of Style. We feeled very comfortable there.

Vraiment une location de charme

Very well equipped and very stylish indeed with a nice view on the sea. Very clean as well. We did not miss anything. 5-minutes walk to a very nice beach, overall, we had perfect conditions for a great time. For smartphone addicts, there was was always good mobile network available in the valley. Internet is provided from a mobile router and is therefore limited which was felt in our second week as our two kids were quite active in social media. We could park our car in a garage which was very comfortable. Neighbourhood was also very nice and quiet. Great support as well from the people taking care for the appartement. We come back for sure!

Von der Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern bis hin zu der Villa hat alles gepasst.Es war sauber und toll war vor Allem, dass ganz viele Utensilien vorhanden waren (z.B. in der Küche, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Wäschespinne und Klammern auch für Kleinkinder war vieles da usw.)Bei der Einrichtung und der Deko merkt man sofort, dass alles mit viel Herz eingerichtet wurde.Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass jeder, der das Haus bucht, gut zu Fuß sein muss, da es viele Stufen hoch zum Haus gibt (Hanglage) und der Weg vom Strand zum Haus (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß) eine Steigung hat. Der fußläufige Strand ist ein Traum und im Herbst findet jeder dort Ruhe. Dieser Ort ist zum Entspannen perfekt geeignet und liegt inmitten von Serpentinen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor Ort keine, dafür benötigt man ein Auto, um zum nächsten Ort zu gelangen.Wer ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Entspannung und viel Ruhe in Strandnähe sucht, ist dort genau richtig! Selbst im Herbst konnten wir im Meer baden und das Wetter war ein Traum!

Ein wunderbares Haus mit sehr viel Komfort und einer sehr guten Lage.

Wir haben die zwei Wochen Urlaub in Rosamar sehr genossen. Die Vermieter haben alles dafür getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Hierfür nochmals lieben Dank. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die technischen Geräte wie Klimaanlage oder Herd bzw. Geschirrspüler sind auf dem neusten Stand. Das Haus ist mit seinen zwei Bädern und drei Schlafzimmern sehr geräumig und gibt ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Den Tag kann man auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer mit einem guten Glas Wein ausklingen lassen.

Zwei wunderschöne Wochen Familienurlaub

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen mit drei Personen in der Villa Blanca Borna. Das Haus ist komfortabel, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten. Besonders die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern wussten wir sehr zu schätzen. Der wunderschöne Strand umgeben von Natur ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison très agréable avec superbe vue

La maison est très confortable et hyper bien équipée. Tout est pensé avec perfectionnisme pour rendre le séjour des vacanciers optimal. Les terrasses sont très agréables, au soleil mais avec de grands parasols si besoin et la vue tant la journée que la nuit est superbe. La climatisation dans les chambres nous a permis de passer de bonnes nuits reposantes. LOGEMENT que je recommande sans réserve!

Séjour très agréable.

Maison idéalement située à Rosamar. Accès à la plage en 3 minutes à pieds. Nous nous sommes régalés avec nos paddles, visitant de nombreuses criques et grottes marines. Prachtig verblijf vlakbij zee

Niet ver van Gerona , Barcelona, St Feliu de Guixols en Figueres, dit comfortabele huis in het plaatsje Canyet de Mar. Naar zee wandel je in 5 minuten. Er is een strandje met een cafeetje . De eigenaar is erg toegankelijk. Wij hebben gedurende ons verblijf van 1 week erg genoten.

Excellente maison de vacances

Maison conforme en tous points à l'annonce. Les + : Proximité immédiate de la plage, propreté de la maison ainsi que son équipement. Tout était parfait. Les - : un dépôt de pain au sein de Rosamar serait parfait mais il nous semble que cela est envisagé pour l'été prochain.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la correspondance avec la propriétaire des lieux et l'organisation de notre arrivée. Nous avons été très sensibles au charme de la maison et du jardin ,aménagés avec beaucoup de soins et de gout, ainsi que le confort et la propreté des lieux. La plage est vraiment à 2 pas, ce qui ne gâche rien au séjour. Séjour au calme, sans trop de monde. Garage á disposition. Expérience à renouveler. Attention il y a quelques marches à grimper pour accéder à la maison.

Wonderful house only a few minutes away from the beach

De la prise de contact par mail en passant par l’accueil sur place et jusqu'au la fin du séjour tout a été parfait. Une propriétaire très agréable qui a rénové et décoré sa maison avec gout . Cette jolie villa est à proximité de la très belle plage de Rosamar, pas besoin de la voiture, (qui reste dans le garage fermé), on y va à pied. La rénovation est de qualité, la terrasse est magique pour les petits déjeuners et les dîners. La déco très soignée révèle le charme de ce petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé une quinzaine inoubliable. Canyet de Mar à Rosamar est un superbe endroit, verdoyant , familial et paisible. La Blanca Borna est une résidence de charme, une maison de famille, une maison de vacances comme on en rêvait. Les superbes terrasses aménagées nous ont permis de prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur et de profiter du soleil et de la vue sur mer et montagne à tous les moments. Un grand frigo congélateur nous attendait afin de planifier nos courses pour plusieurs jours. Les proprio nous avaient laissé un porte cartes avec de multiples adresses de restaurants dans les environs de Canyet de Mar. Un bar le plage "les pieds dans le sable" comme on dit… , très agréable et sympathique, nous a permis de faire de belles rencontres et de découvrir la cuisine catalane. Nous sommes rentrés en pleine forme, reposés et prêts à reprendre le "collier" pour une année. Nous adorons l'endroit de canyet de Mar à Rosamar. Et nous avons déjà pris une option pour les vacances de 2019. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location de charme ainsi que ses propriétaires.

Nice holiday at a nice place

During may, we as a family (4p) stayed at Blanca Borna. The villa was well situated, nearby beach (walking distance) and at a couples of miles away from the nearest city. The villa itself was nice, clean and all things needed for a good holiday were available. Even a garage (car is getting very hot during sunny days), washing machine, etc.. Both the local contact, as well as the owner was easy to contact, lots of service (like finding good restaurants on the day we arrived).

Magnifique location de charme. Le descriptif de la maison ainsi que les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Nous avons passé d'excellents moments sur la terrasse. Cette maison a été restaurée avec beaucoup d'amour. Le confort a été pensé pour le bien être du locataire. A quelques km: San Feliu de Guixols, où nous trouvions le marché quotidien, les supermercados..... Un grand frigo-congélateur nous permettait de faire nos courses pour plusieurs jours. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au calme, c'est ce que nous recherchions. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied, c'est pratique. Endroit idéal pour sillonner la Costa Brava. Location à recommander sans hésiter. Propriétaires très sympathiques et ouverts. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain. Pour être certains,avons déjà pris une option pour nos prochaines vacances

LOCATION DE CHARME. VILLA TRES LUMINEUSE ET PRES DE LA PLAGE

Appréciation 5/5 Location à recommander vivement. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Nous avons trouvé une villa très propre et bien entretenue et avec tout le confort. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison qui vient d'être rénovée. Décoration actuelle et de bon goût. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ont encore beaucoup de projets pour les années à venir. Nous pouvions avoir une vue dégagée sur la mer depuis les terrasses. Que ce fût agréable de pouvoir descendre à la plage à pied. Nous avons pu profiter de l'été indien sur la Costa Brava. En été, Le petit bar "les pieds dans le sable" doit être super sympa. L'urbanisation de "Rosamar " ce petit coin de paradis encore protégé vaut vraiment le détour. C'est endroit très reposant, et convivial à la fois. Nous y reviendrons très certainement pour les vacances de 2018. Nous nous sommes vraiment bien plus.

Maison moderne, nouvellement mise au goût du jour, parfait pour une famille.la villa dispose d une cuisiine super équipée, salle de bains renovée avec douche italienne,internet et tv par sattelite, les enfants étaient ravis Avons profité pleinement des terrasses plein sud , avec vue sur mer et montagnee.Tout était parfait au niveau équipements et confort. Literie faite et couchage de première qualité. Rosamar est le paradis pour sports nautiques ou plongée, les plages sont dégagées et propres avec un bar très sympa. Le restaurant est très bien aussi mais nécéssite de réserver les week ends Rosamar est une urbanisation sympa où les estivants cotoyent les habitants Nos enfants s y sont faits de bons copains Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir l an prochain Oliver de W.
