East 1601 is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the sixteenth floor, East 1601 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 1601’s contemporary features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combinations to complement your next Destin vacation.

East 1601 is an end condo, which offers extra space inside and out. You're greeted with an expansive, inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views and open directly onto the large, furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for five with five additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. East 1601 also has a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for extra convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. All three guest bedrooms are on the city side of the condo and have access to a furnished north balcony with stunning views of the greater Destin area. The first guest bedroom features a King Bed and has an attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a Queen Bed, a sliding glass door entrance to the north balcony, and a flat-screen TV. The third guest bedroom features a Queen over Queen Bunkbed Set, with beautiful views from multiple angles of the bedroom. The second and third guest bedrooms are just steps down the hall from a shared full guest bathroom.

This condo was a pleasant surprise to find! The views were spectacular, the condo was extremely well kept and beautifully updated. The location was absolutely perfect. Check in was a breeze. Me, along with 8 other family members, stayed here for 7 nights. We had the best week celebrating family time and my 32nd birthday— we didn’t want to have to leave! Unfortunately, a tropical storm came through during our last few days but it didn’t keep us from having fun playing board games in the spacious livingroom/ kitchen dining area. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings staring out into God’s beautiful creation.For the last 8 years, I have stayed in the presidential suite at Hilton Sandestin and this condo ruined me in the best way possible from wanting to go back there. Needless to say, you won’t be disappointed so just book it! I know my family will be back to make more memories.

We enjoyed our stay. This place was gorgeous and recently updated along with amazing views. Great location. One of the bathroom doors were locked and there was quick response to get it opened up. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice furnishings. Super clean with nice amenities. Quiet building. Really nice pool area and beach area. Great location in the heart of Destin. Compass was very responsive to questions, and late check in process was very easy! We will come back.

Spring Break trip

Condo was beautifully decorated but most importantly very clean! Kitchen was so well stocked with everything you needed. Best rental i have stayed at! Silver Beach was amazing. Compass was texting and checking on us to see if we needed anything and got right back with me after i texted them with a question. Highly recommend using Compass rental and staying at this property! Thank u fir a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful condo with great views. Every bedroom had balcony access. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels in each bathroom. We loved our stay and plan to return. The only disappointment was the tiki bar at the pool closed super early everyday. We enjoy getting drinks and food while On the beach so we were bummed they closed before 4pm. The waitress would come to the beach to take orders, and then deliver to you. those girls worked their tails off and did a great job. Very friendly and quick service.

Perfect property!

We got to the condo an hour early, and check in was available and super smooth! We had no hiccups during that process. The condo was in great condition and had the perfect amount of room. We were down there for a wedding, and divided the condo between 4 couples and it was perfect! Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate with our plans every day, but the condo we stayed in had board games that kept us busy if we couldn’t go to the beach! Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Destin Luxury

This condo was so beautiful & comfortable. We felt so relaxed & safe with the fob entrance & secured parking garage. The kitchen was great & the condo quant but roomy. Great location for driving the busy main road through Destin traffic. Access to the beach & the chair set up was very easy. The views from the sixteenth floor were wonderful. However, I will say I was expecting more of a full beach view. The Las Vegas style strip view from the East was not appealing to us for a beach trip. I would suggest 2 improvements. 1. Better lighting over the dinning table. Playing games with very little evening light was difficult. 2. Need a full length mirror somewhere. I would defiantly stay at these condos again but maybe try a center unit with a full beach view.
