Traumhafte Villa mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer

Eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa ca. 100m über dem Ort gelegen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist so malerisch wie hier abgebildet. Bei Ankunft alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Der zugehörige Pool liegt unterhalb des Hauses und ist vor fremden Blicken gut geschützt. Keine Klimaanlage, dafür aber in jedem Zimmer ein Ventilator, mit dem man auch im Hochsommer gut schlafen kann. Alles Mobiliar komfortabel und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, Besteck, Geschirr und Küchengeräte in großer Zahl vorhanden und von guter Qualität. Das gleiche gilt für den vorhandenen Tisch-Kicker. Gute Erholung für 2-8 Personen ist garantiert! Die Vermieterin ist hilfsbereit und bei Bedarf gut erreichbar und spricht auch gutes Englisch. Hinweis: die Modalitäten von Bettwäsche, Handtüchern etc. sollten vorab mit ihr besprochen werden. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

sehr schönes Haus mit fantastischem Blick

wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer, viel Platz und geräumig, schöner Pool, sehr schöne kleine Strände zum Baden in der Nähe.

La maison correspond tout à fait à ce qu'on avait vu sur le site. Grande maison familiale avec des chambres bien éloignées les unes des autres, parfaite pour des familles avec enfants (et chiens!!). Calme très belle vue, fraîche malgré la chaleur.Terrasse avec vue superbe et barbecue, belle piscine. Plage calme même en juillet. Très bons conseils donnés par la propriétaire

Location dans la nature idéale pour 2 familles

Maison très bien agencée pour deux familles. Très jolie vue sur rayol, avec ses petites plages qui restent accessibles au moins mi-juillet. Maison assez bien équipée (il manque toutefois des ventilateurs en cas de fortes chaleurs). Possibilité de faire des barbecues et terrasse ombragée. Bref une location à conseiller.
