It's just a stone's throw from Lido Beach. What else makes this property unique? It has a completely separate “in-law” suite, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, which enables those traveling who wish a little more privacy yet to be part of the activities on the same property! This charming home has incredible internet, with 457 mbps download and 28 mbps upload.
A perfect place to relax, unwind & enjoy your private, mature lush surroundings. This charming home has hardwood flooring, crown moldings, & ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen has been outfitted with cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, and granite countertops, microwave oven. All living room furniture has been recently purchased including the 60” flat screen plasma television. There are 4 tvs total in this home. Cable TV/HBO and wireless internet are available for your enjoyment.

Three bedrooms in total on this property; one with a new king sized bed, the second with a queen sized bed, the third also with a queen sized bed. All have comfortable mattresses & quality pillows that will afford you a peaceful night's sleep, leaving you refreshed and ready for a great day. In addition to the 60" living room tv, there are three extra 32” wall mounted LCD TV’s. Both bathrooms, with decorator porcelain tiles throughout. Bath towels and bed linens are provided for your use.

A private pool, surrounded by brick pavers is on the property for your exclusive use. A private place to relax and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage with good company and personal conversation.

A perfect vacation with lasting memories!

We truly enjoyed this home. We were able to park our car and just walk everywhere we wanted. That was super helpful because it was the holidays and busy on St. Armands. We walked to the beach and St. Armands but truly loved just sitting by this pool! It is very private and peaceful. A wonderful getaway with memories for a lifetime!

Fun Spring Break

The property is very clean and well-appointed. Communication was good before and during the stay, and the manager was very accommodating with our timeline. LOCATION is what makes this a really great stay ... the beach is a 5 minute walk to the left, and the downtown circle is 10 minutes to the right ... all very walk-able. The pool is a great size, and the outdoor spaces are very nice. Would stay again.

Hidden Paradise

Loved this little slice of paradise just a short walk to the beach and the property offers a unique privacy environment around the home and the lovely pool due to the lush vegetation surrounding it. Makes you feel like you have no neighbors. Every convenience is a short distance whether walking or driving. The separate one bed area is an added bonus for additional privacy when staying with family and or friends. Will definitely stay here again!

We were just looking for a short vacation getaway and this place was perfect! It was so cozy and homey. So many amenities to make truly relaxing for us. We especially loved the privacy of the pool! We found ourselves spending so much time out there. Having the beach so.close to the house also was so great! This house had everything we needed to be relaxed and just enjoy ourselves. The perfect getaway home. Lori was the sweetest host making sure that it was easy for us to access the house. We look forward to coming back to Sarasota again and will definitely stay here again.

Lovely and private!

This is the third time I have rented a house with VRBO. This house was the best! The beach is right down the street and its a short walk to St. Armands Circle. The house was beautiful and so clean! We felt like we were on a deserted island with the beautiful pool and mature landscaping. Check the pictures, just like it shows. You will not be disappointed!!

Great home with attention to details!

An extremely comfortable home with great beds! A fantastic location (we walked to the beach and St Armand’s). Really private pool and heater was a plus! Outdoor fire pit was good for one night that was chilly. The managers made sure we had everything we needed but also left us alone. The house is stocked with every kitchen gadget you need. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We’ve already booked for next year.

Outside of house is beautiful. Vicki and Lori were very easy to communicate with. We did feel, however, that the kitchen and bathrooms in the house are tired and need updated. Both bathrooms are quite small! Kitchen cabinets are tired however it is nicely stocked. The cooktop was cracked. Nice walking distance to St. Armands or the beach.

Absolutely wonderful time in Lido!

Had a really great time here! Thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Everything all around was wonderful. From the comfy, well-kept house to the amazing location... walking into town with so many lovely restaurants, bars & shops. And of course, just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Very convenient. Don't miss the sunsets! We felt totally at home at the house. The owner did a fabulous job making sure we had everything we needed & taking such great care of the house. And she was always just a text/call away when we had questions. Loved the pool. And the fire pit. We did alot of walking around & exploring in town and at the beach, did some fun kayaking. I highly recommend the house and visiting Lido/St Armands!

House was amazing, location was amazing, pool was exceptional. Walked beach every day, except for one rainy day! Heavenly. Our week was amazing and exceeded our expectations! The service from Lori and Vicki is above and beyond. Lori was great responding to questions prior to our trip; and once we arrived Vicki is fast to respond with any issues that may arise, or simple house questions. Both deserve a A++ rating for making our trip a truly relaxing vacation. We rented both the 2 bedroom/1 bath house and the 1 bed/1 bath studio cabana next door. It was perfect for the four of us and the description and photos are right on, but even more beautiful. The location is a short walk to the public beach across the street (sunsets are beyond expressing) and a short distance to St. Armand’s Circle for wonderful restaurants and shopping. Lido Beach Park is also a quick drive or bike ride and we highly suggest you go there and check it out for a possible dolphin sighting. We spent mornings walking the beaches and afternoons in the pool at the house. It’s hard to leave the house because it is a gorgeous tropical oasis with lush mature landscaping. Thank you for sharing your lovely home, we brought great memories home with us. We hope to come back and enjoy another week!

Just PERFECT!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. All we needed to do was unpack! Everything we needed was there for us. I read a previous review about things needing updating, but we found the property beautiful and in great condition at the time of our stay. The kitchen is VERY clean and a brand new oven (not that I cook on vacation). The bathroom was spotless. The jack and jill sink in the hall cove and outdoor private shower made it easy for us to get ready for walkable dinners to St. Armands circle. I recommend the Cubano coffee at Columbia. The slat water pool was so refreshing and relaxing. Walking distance to everything you need (white sand beaches, restaurants, shops, kayaking the mangroves!). We loved our stay, have already booked for 2022. Thank you Lori and Vicki

Amazing property and location.

This is a beautiful property for a great price just walking distance to the beach (0.2 miles) and also walking distance to St. Armand's Circle (0.5 miles). We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean with a beautiful pool and a shed full of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cart, etc.) and was maintained beautifully. In addition, the kitchen had lots of top notch cooking and serving ware to make dinner. We did not want to leave! Thanks to Vicki for being such a great host; she was communicative and answered all questions quickly and was a great help to us during our stay.

Wonderful vacation in Lido Key, Florida

It was wonderful to get away with our family for a few days during this coronavirus period. Lido Key was a great place to chill out. The house was beautiful and was very well equipped . The pool was lushly landscaped and we thought we were in paradise. Everything was provided for the beach (towels, beach chairs and umbrellas) which was great and the beach was about 5 minutes walk from the house. We also were also within walking distance from all shops and restaurants. Vicky and Lori couldn’t have been better hosts. I would recommend it without hesitation to my friends and we will certainly return. The only thing that it could use is a handrail at the pool for the old folks.

What a find!

A great trip! Great hosts! The privacy at this place is incredible. The peace just being at home, even during interesting times was so great. The beach was closed and the shops and restaurants were only open for dining outside and limited capacity. But, we still had an amazing trip. We will be back.

Thank you, Vicki, for all you did for us. We had such a nice stay at your house. We are going to try your other 3 bedroom listing next stay because it's one full house. Though we enjoyed our stay here greatly, we would have liked the house to be one full unit instead of split into two. But, we must say again, we had a great time. Beautiful place, well taken care of. Enjoying the type of vacation where you don’t need to always find parking, Lori found this home nestled amongst rich, private vegetation, with the ability to walk to both the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. She also loves traveling and getting to know the people from all over the world!!
Claudia who is your Chief Hospitality Manager, is a local to Sarasota. She is an incredible property manager and a powerhouse of information for local cuisine and things to do in the area. Her number one priority is YOU! You will be pleased with her care and concern for your comfort.
Clearly we both love this part of Florida! We especially love hosting families and friends who enjoy such a hip, urban neighborhood like Lido. We enjoy the local restaurants and we love that we can walk just about anywhere we need to go. We absolutely love the house and the guesthouse. It's often referred to as a "private little Garden of Eden" by our guests and we agree. We love hosting people in our guesthouse, & look forward to meeting travelers and helping them feel as comfortable and at home as possible while in Florida.

Beautiful St. Armands Circle, with its collection of restaurants & pubs, daiquiri decks, ice cream parlors, boutiques and specialty shops is a short 5 minute walk from the home.
The Lido Pavilion, located on the beach is 50 yards from the front door. Grant Drive is one of the quietest streets on Lido Key allowing you to bask in the simple pleasures of island life. At both ends of Lido Key there are Parks that you can bike or walk through, enjoying special 'look-outs' to the beautiful Mangroves surrounding that portion of Lido Key. Kayak rentals are available to get up close and personal with the natural shore lines surrounding Sarasota bay.
Mote Marine, a beautiful Aquarium where you can explore the many beautiful sea animals that live in the Gulf of Mexico is located just off the north end of the key.
Over the Ringling Bridge to mainland Sarasota you can take advantage of many wonderful experiences and a rich cultural community. From the Ringling Museum, to the ballet, opera or concerts at the Van Wezel, to gorgeous downtown Sarasota with its picturesque bay-front. With street names like Lemon, Orange, Pineapple, and Coconut it is a very tropical setting. Downtown Sarasota also boasts a beautiful movie theater, library, plenty of shopping, and wonderful restaurants.

The HEATED POOL! Private and relaxing! Pool heater! This home is wonderfully private, lots of lush surroundings provide privacy and a fantastic tropical paradise. There is an extra indoor bathroom sink with mirror for the ease of two people getting ready at the same time which always seems to be a problem when you're on vacation. Why waste time waiting for a sink when you can be on the beach or relaxing by the pool! There is also an extra outdoor shower!!
