The house has been renovated and restructured recently with taste in very modern shades of gray and white.

Comfortable and practical to live, it is also very well equipped to spend pleasant stays: quality bedding, clean furniture, ultra equipped kitchen, crockery and abundant cookware, garden furniture and plancha ... all to achieve your desires .

Very well located at the end of a street in one direction, close to the beach and about 600m from the market (meeting place) and Avenue General De Gaulle with its shops.

The garden is large and you can eat there and take a nap.

From La Baule you can discover the whole region: Le Croisic, Guérande, Pornichet ... There is no lack of animation around.

Maison très agréable et bien aménagée

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cette maison (2 couples - 4 enfants). La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. Les équipements du jardin : le salon de jardin, les canapés et la plancha sont très appréciables et permettent de bien profiter de l'extérieur. Les échanges tant avec le prestataire "La Baule à tout faire" que le propriétaire ont été parfaits et très appréciables. Le seul petit bémol, est la petitesse des deux salles de douche, notamment avec des enfants en bas âges. Toutefois, cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir avec plaisir.
