Charming fully renovated house located 250m from the market La Baule, 250m from the main shopping avenue De Gaulle, 500m from the sea and the train station. The house is located in a very quiet street where you can enjoy a terrace at the front of the house and a garden at the back sheltered by the pines.
It consists of a living room of 32 m2 with an open kitchen of 11m2 fully equipped. A parental room in rdc with television and room of shower. Upstairs, a shower room, a spacious bedroom and a dormitory with 3 children's beds.

Merveilleux sejour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Belle Maison avec un jardin/terrasse tres agréable. Dommage qu’il ait fait froid nous aurions aimé plus en profiter. Maison très bien située à 2 pas des commerces et de la plage. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Excellent séjour

Charmante maison décorée avec soin, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et idéalement située. Les deux extérieurs bien aménagés (petit jardin à l’avant et terrasse arborée sans vis-à-vis à l’arrière) sont vraiment très agréables. Rue calme et voisinage très discret. Communication fluide avec les propriétaires réactifs.
