Nestled along Jamaica‘s beautiful North coast between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, One Rhythm Villa offers the authentic island experience that many travelers long for. Just steps from the beach, One Rhythm combines the beauty of Jamaica with the warmth of its people.
With its stunning natural beauty, endless sunshine and turquoise colored Sea, JAMAICA is a perfect choice for those looking to unwind and have a genuine Jamaican experience at One Rhythm Villa.

Included with your stay is Ms Annette, your personal housekeeper and Chef. Simply purchase your groceries and she will prepare delicious island inspired meals while you relax and enjoy paradise. Fresh fish and lobster can often be delivered directly to the villa from the local fisherman’s Beach next-door.

Staff driver, Kirk, is available for airport transfers ($75), from Montego Bay, each way. Also any other transportation needs you desire. (fees apply depending on where you want to go.)
VIP ARRIVAL SERVICE through the airport, immigration and customs is available for scheduling upon request, $50/person.

Spend your days swimming in turquoise waters, walking the beach, enjoying local restaurants, and Beach bars, listening to music, or simply relaxing beneath the tropical trees and gardens that surround the villa.

This is our 4th visit to Villa by the Sea! We relaxed, read, soaked up the sun and ate amazing meals prepared by Ms Annette. She took wonderful care of us which is such a treat. We look forward to our next visit!

By far, one of the best, and most relaxing vacations we’ve ever had! Everything from beginning to end was exceptional and carefree. The property is just as pictured. Beach is beautiful and basically private; ocean temperature is ideal and contains every shade of blue and green. Miss Annette is very kind and helpful and prepared delicious food: grilled chicken, curry, spectacular lobster and signature banana fritters. Definitely a relaxing, wonderful vacation. Would love to return someday!

We were here for a month and it was wonderful. Any little hiccups we experienced along the way were quickly handled by either Karen or Miss Annette. Miss Annette was very pleasant and always willing to help us out. The beach is great and very close. Suggestions would be to ask about how to use the local taxis to get into Duncan's (and Falmouth which we did). Very inexpensive. Also, suggestion would be to bring bug spray for the evenings. All part of travel :-) Overall, a great experience!

10/10 ----WOW!!!--- This was the BEST VACATION WE HAVE EVER TAKEN TOGETHER!!!The property is JUST as described, if not even BETTER IN PERSON! It's bigger than I expected, and the ocean is steps away, just as described. We have NEVER relaxed so much in our lives! Ms. Annette is BEYOND AMAZING. Her food is INCREDIBLE. We enjoyed every single meal she prepared for us. We have never experienced anything like this: no cooking or cleaning... I had to be "sneaky" to even try to do the dishes! Ms. Annette is also so very kind, warm, & welcoming. This property truly wouldn't be the same without her. 3 ALSO... I had a medication debacle & boarded our first flight without my insulin. By the time we were boarding our connecting plane, (host) Karen called me & provided me with a doctor's phone# in Duncans - sent him my prescription, & when I stepped out of the vehicle upon arrival to the villa, Ms. Annette told me to put my bags inside, & to get back in the car because we were heading to the pharmacy. I WAS AMAZED! This property's "team" of WONDERFUL PEOPLE were there to fix the problem immediately! The beach... SO BEAUTIFUL! The water was GORGEOUS & crystal clear, sandy bottom - the prettiest I've ever seen. We've already booked for next year (as long as our dates work out) because we can't WAIT to RETURN TO PARADISE & all the wonderful people we met along the way. WE FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS PROPERTY, MS. ANNETTE, & the wonderful locals! THANK YOU!

Amazing!!!!!!Copy and paste from our last trip!! We were picked up from the airport. We were greeted by Ms. Annette at the Villa. I can assure you that there is no hotel, no condos, no resorts that will take better care of you than Ms. Annette. She is such an amazing woman. Upon our arrival, Ms. Annette had a fantastic meal ready for us. It was as spectacular as everyone else had suggested. During our stay Ms. Annette prepared our breakfasts and dinners. We typically were out for lunch or made sandwiches. Every meal we had prepared by Ms. Annette was spectacular!! She is an absolutely amazing cook. Throughout our stay, our entire family felt at home. Our entire stay in One Rhythm was amazing, largely due to Ms. Annette. In addition to her cooking, she was constantly asking how we were doing or whether we needed anything. She times her meal preparation around whatever works for your family. We planned several excursions while at One Rhythm. Ms Annette gave us advice on what excursions were available, who we should plan them with, and even scheduled the times for us. Whatever we needed was taken care of for us by her. Additionally, Karen is an excellent host, well versed on what customers need to do to prepare for their trip, and she is extremely responsive. Stunning gardens and open air patios made this vacation feel luxurious. Miss Annette keeps this villa in pristine condition, cooks the most amazing food, and took care of our every need. She accompanied us to the all parish market and the grocery store, even sharing her banana fritters recipe with me! Kirk and Pablo made sure we got wherever we needed to go throughout our stay. Barely a minute walk to the crystal clear waters, the beach was picture perfect, and the air conditioned rooms cooled us down as we adjusted to the Caribbean heat. We would absolutely recommend a stay at One Rhythm for an authentic Jamaican experience outside the resort with the wisdom and hospitality of Miss Annette. It was an unforgettable vacation!

Absolutely loved it

We had an amazing time here in Jamaica. We absolutely loved the property and its quiet location. Miss Annette is just beyond fabulous! Not only did she prepare us scrumptious meals, but she provided everything we needed and asked for during our stay. From arranging a cave tour to borrowing a fishing pole. She made our stay memorable. Highly recommend this place. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

This place is incredible! It’s tucked away from the tourism hustle and bustle! It’s so peaceful and quiet. The beach is just feet away! The property is breathtaking. We enjoyed the breeze going through the house with all the doors open. Miss Annette was awesome! She makes the most amazing food! Her banana fritters are out of this world! She is helpful and kind and will do her best to accommodate any requests! (Like finding a tattoo artist to come to the house ) She will make it happen! She cares for all your needs! Kirk, the personal driver is very kind and helpful. He made some amazing suggestions for things for us to do and took us to two amazing Jamaican restaurants. We have never had an experience like this before. It’s worth repeating! Plans to return already in the works! If this place is available, book it! The property owner is very communicative and responds quickly. From the time I booked this trip till the time I left to go home, it’s been an amazing experience!

Lovely villa! Perfect place to stay and have a real Jamaican experience and Our honey moon. Our beach was the best one… beautiful clear blue waters… got to see 3 stingrays while swimming! no crowds, no restaurant! No noise! Just us (and a few other people) and paradise… it was perfect! The house had everything we needed. Ms Annette was a wonderful part of our trip! Made us feel welcome, her cooking was great! I Would highly recommend this place and Ms annette… we’re sure coming back!

Karen is a great host. Communication was perfect. She connected us with everything we needed: VIP pickup, driver, cook etc. She checked on us multiple times prior to the date, to give us updates. Everyone was welcoming. Ms. Annette is an amazing staff. She made sure the place stayed clean and cooked delicious meals for us. With Ms. Annette, whatever meal you want you will get. She was kind too. She made it feel like home away from home. The property is about 2-3mins walk to the beach. My kids loved spending time at the beach. There isn’t much to do in that area especially for a family with young kids but the staff will help you figure out things to do, and the driver will take you to wherever you want to go(different fee). Our overall stay was wonderful. If you are looking for a relaxing time away from work; THIS IS THE PLACE.

The ocean was amazing, coral reef just outside of the property on the beach. The locals are very friendly. Ms. Annette is an excellent cook and extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! We would love to come back again!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at One Rhythm Villa. Ms. Annette took great care of our family. We rented a car for the week and explored Ochi, MoBay, and Falmouth and had a great time doing the river and waterfalls. Duncan’s Bay beach was beautiful, never crowded and the little beach bar (Leroy’s) was a great place to chill. We wish we could stay forever. This place is a little piece of paradise.

The best of Jamaica

We had the best time at the villa. Ms. Annette took great care of us. She is a phenomenal cook and the best person ever. The drivers Kirk and Pablo were fun and patiently waiting us while we did excursions. If you are looking for fun and relaxation please visit One Rhythm villa!!!

Why they chose this property

I especially favor this location because it is private, quiet and on the seaside.I Love the Sea. When I first came upon this area, it was an instant knowing for me that I would one day be at home here in Jamaica. That was almost 24 years ago. When I first saw the Sea, it was full of so many different shades of turquoise that I could not look away.... so I just sat in gratitude of the beauty surrounding me & took it all in.

What makes this property unique

One Rhythm Villa opens up to the outside gardens and sitting areas, it is like having a flower garden inside. There is a gentle sea breeze that flows through the villa most all day. There is a tropical feeling of serenity and ease that just seems to linger and embraces the cottage.
