Relax and enjoy this 2nd floor condo (top floor) with unobstructed, 180 degree views of the Continental Divide. Arapahoe Forest Townhomes is conveniently located within walking distance of charming downtown Winter Park, where most restaurants, retail, night-life, and child-friendly parks are located. The world class Winter Park Resort base village is less than 10 minutes from Arapahoe Forest Townhomes. The condo is located on the Winter Park free shuttle route that will take you to the ski resort, and also transport you to Fraser (Safeway and tubing hill), downtown Winter Park, and the Ski Base (Old Town) all day and evening.

This Arapahoe Forest Townhome condo contains all the comforts and conveniences of home including ski racks right inside the door for convenient storage of your skis or other play equipment. After depositing your equipment, you will proceed up the stairs to the well-appointed home that offers guests a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and slate-tile flooring, washer/dryer, and living room, with new LED flat screen cable TV, hi-speed WiFi, next to a warm gas fireplace.

The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed. Sink into this comfortable bed at night and enjoy your favorite program on the Smart TV. The full bathroom is located just outside the master bedroom door. The second bedroom is on the other side of the unit, is spacious, featuring a full size bed in addition to a set of bunk beds, a dresser, and also has a Smart TV. The second full bathroom is attached to this bedroom. And if you have more than 6 in your party, we offer a queen sleeper sofa in the living room that will sleep 2 more.

Enjoyed our stay

Place was well stocked with necessities. The only issue we had was, the listing shows as "not Pet friendly". We assumed no dogs stay there. We noticed, what appeared to be dog hair on rug and my daughter-in-law (allergic to dogs) had a mild reaction. Place was perfect for our needs. Fun get together close to everything.

Nice townhouse in a great location with beautiful views

Very quiet, clean, and well located in back of the town of Winter Park, right on the shuttle line. We were two adults with a 7 year old and it was a perfect size. Kitchen is well stocked. Beautiful views from the living room!

Great getaway in the mountains

We had a wonderful time staying here! It is so close to town we were able to easily walk thee. It is also really close to a couple of trailheads for hiking. The property was very clean and nicely updated. The furnishings were very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals. We loved spending the morning drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the sun rise over the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

We make several trips tot he Winter Park area every year. This location is great, the condo comfortably accommodates our family of 4 and has all the amenities we need. The owner is very communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Great location!

We had a fun weekend at Winter Park. The location of the house had easy access to trails and was also within walking distance of numerous restaurants. Great views of the Continental Divide from the deck. Owners are very responsive to any questions or issues that need to be addressed.

Stellar customer service

Initially we booked the trip till april, but had to cut it short for my wife's pregnancy. Sarah and Dave were perfectly accommodating! Additionally the property is clean, beautiful, and made our stay magical. We even saw a family of deer once pass outside! The place is also quite modern, and we love the open floor plan! Super close to the slopes and downtown winter park!

Perfect Cozy Condo

This well taken care of condo is one of my favorite places to stay! It's cozy with plenty of room for 5 of us. It had everything we needed for our extended weekend getaway. Very clean! I particularly enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise over the mountains. It's tucked away just a short walk from town. We have an electric car that we could charge just down the hill within walking distance for free! Perfect place to stay for skiing, shopping, relaxing. Highly recommend!

A Hidden Jewel

Our stay at the Arapahoe Forest Townhomes provided an excellent home base for skiing and spending time in the area. It was perfect for two couples. It was warm, very clean, and had amenities needed for either a short or extended stay. Gas fireplace was a plus, along with reading material, and spectacular view of the Continental Divide. We thought that being close to the train tracks might be an issue; however, any train noise was minimal. Having the ski shuttle just a few steps from the condo was helpful. Having visited Winter Park regularly for several years, we were not aware of the Arapahoe Forest Townhouses---the unit we stayed in was a "hidden jewel" and we hope to stay there again in the future. Many thanks to Sarah and Dave for sharing a delightful mountain retreat!

Property was in a good location to the resort and the free shuttle was a nice perk.

The property lacked necesseties in the kitchen. There were only two forks and no dishclothes for washing dishes or wiping down counters. We had to buy plastic forks and washclothes/kitchen sponge. The main entry way was very small and difficult to move when unloading suitcases. The beds were not very comfortable and the comforters on the bunk beds were not clean. Overall, this property was jusk ok.

Property was as listed. Convenient and met our needs. Mattress on double bed in bunk room needs to be replaced. Water jets in jacuzzi spewed black particles which was not pleasant and tub drained slowly. Lighting at night is very dim.

Condo was nice then the photos. The mountain views are gorgeous. Super clean with full amenities. Great kitchen living room area for unwinding after a day on the slopes with a glass of wine by the fire. Easy couple minute drive to town or 10 minute walk. Great communication with owners. Winter Park Stay

It was the best place to wake up in the morning with the sunrise coming up over the mountains and sitting on the deck watching it. Great location to easily walk downtown for food, shopping, and night time activities. Very cozy condo with all the amenities one one need! Owner of the property very easy to get a hold of and very helpful.

Wonderful WP condo

The location of this condo is great, it's an easy walk to town and hiking trails are close by as well. It is stocked with everything you need for your stay. The owners are super responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
