Ground floor apartment with 60m² terrace and direct access to the pool and community garden, close to the Arenal beach (5min walk) and all amenities. The property is on 1 level comprises: entrance hall, lounge-dining room with access to the terrace, kitchen with utility room and access to private garden, shower room.

The master bedroom with king size bed, dressing table and mirror, large closets, bathroom en suite with direct access to the balcony.

The second bedroom doubles with fitted wardrobes and a separate shower room.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating in both bedrooms and living room / dining room which is suitable for all seasons.

Sun loungers are available.

Secure underground parking with elevator access.

Large flat screen 42 "TV Channel cable. Video player directly to the TV (if you bring your USB drive or HD).

Tout était parfait ; belle résidence et très bel appartement. Spacieux, décoré sobrement avec goût, très bien équipé (équipement de qualité, ce qui est rare pour de la location) et une grande terrasse fantastique. Rien à redire, nous sommes ravis de cette location. Il a contribué très largement à un excellent séjour à Javéa.

Hemos estado alojados dos adultos y dos niños y la verdad que la casa es un lujo, todo nuevo y muy bien cuidado. la urbanización esta muy bien y perfecta para descansar. A un paseo de 10 mins de la playa. El trato con la persona que nos atendió allí encantadora. Muy recomendable!!

D'excellentes vacances grâce à ce logement moderne, agréable, spacieux, d'une propreté sans faille dans un cadre calme, verdoyant et ravissant... cet appartement est un véritable petit bijou! Deux salle d'eau, des armoires de rangement, une literie extrêmement confortable, une buanderie très pratique, la cuisine bien équipée, des terrasses bien agréables et un mobilier moderne, neuf et de très bon goût. Sans oublier qu'il est très bien situé, proche de la mer et des commerces et qu'une place de parking en sous-sol permet de ne pas perdre de temps mais qui plus est, de récupérer une voiture fraîche! Je le conseille vivement! Moi, j'y retournerai, c'est certain!
