Randy’s property was so uniquely decorated, it really makes for a fun atmosphere. He has labels and instructions for everything, which helped us feel at ease in using all the features of his home. The property was very clean, too. We just stopped in for a one-night mountain getaway, and it was perfectly quiet and relaxing retreat!

Randy’s place is such a gem and I want to go back! Every little detail was just perfect. We loved the views, the coziness, the well stocked kitchen, the hot tub, and the sauna.

A dream! Very large open air exposure to fresh mountain air, and expansive views. Wild flowers, hummingbirds, wildlife. If u are looking for the ultimate escape this is the place. Splendid star viewing from the hot tub. You simply can’t go wrong!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Every detail is thought out very well. We like to cook and prepare meals every day and everything we needed was provided. It was so nice to go explore all day and come back to the sauna and hot tub. will definitely come back.

Hidden gem! This is a fantastic property! Very clean, cozy and full of little details from the owner’s life. The view is perfection, especially when soaking in the hot tub! Close to skiing, local restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Just a spectacular mountain retreat! We saw a young moose the night that we arrived. A first for everyone in my party. The property is very unique, from the amenities to the decor... everything was simply first class. If anything, the property lives even better in person than it shows in pictures. Awesome host, and awesome stay.

Sauna and hot tub were great when the weather took a turn preventing us from going to our planned snowshoe adventure. Nice place to get away and relax.

My two daughters and I very much enjoyed our stay! The location is quiet, but easy access to Nederland and Golden State Park. We used the hot tub each day and appreciated that the coffee grinder was full and there were extra coffee beans in the freezer if needed. The beer on tap was a fun addition!

This property is a wonderful place to really feel one with nature. It's very quiet and serene, and yet only 3 miles to Black Hawk, 6 miles to Nederland, and 35 miles to Boulder. The home itself is very charming, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
