The condo has gorgeous ocean views from the living area, kitchen, and main bedroom. Newly remodeled, immaculately clean, and well-maintained, this spacious fourth-floor condo has a well-equipped kitchen and everything else you need for your Orange Beach vacation. All rooms have televisions, and there is an extensive library of VHS tapes for your enjoyment. The condo comes equipped with complimentary high-speed WiFi!

The property boasts the largest complex in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. With lighted tennis courts, a state-of-the-art workout room with televisions, two outdoor pools, a sauna, a steam room, and showers, this complex has all the amenities you need for your Orange Beach vacation! This home is also within proximity to an elevator.

THINGS TO KNOW
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.
Buildings 3 - 5 are currently undergoing overhead walkway spot repair, estimated to be complete by Feb. 1, 2023. There will occasionally be significant construction noise, such as grinding and drilling.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
