Welcome to Seaside Beach and Racquet 2203!

This is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that is nicely updated. The condo has an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen has cookware, dishes, and all essentials needed while on vacation. Just off the living room is a spacious balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and fresh ocean breeze.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom is spacious and also features a king-sized bed. If needed, there is additional sleeping space in the living area on the queen-size sofa sleeper. You will also find the second guest bathroom off the living area near the guest room.

The condo is equipped with free Wifi, cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms and a stackable washer and dryer in the unit for your use.

Condo Amenities include Indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a community hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a fitness room, and a BBQ area with picnic tables close to the outdoor pool.

Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, close to many nearby shopping, restaurants, and fun activities for the entire family!

Parking Passes are not included. However, two passes may be purchased at the guard shack upon arrival. The cost is $50 each (price subject to change). Buses, RVs, and trailers are strictly prohibited on the property.

*Concrete work is currently taking place at this complex. Occasional elevator closures may occur, but only one at a time (the complex has 4 elevators). Expect some construction noise from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

Fun in the sun

Area around dumpster stayed a mess. Condo was nice and comfortable. Carpet was dirty in both bedrooms making socks dirty very quickly when walking on it. Cleaned on 4th day of our stay by Deep South.

Right on the beach

The outdoor pools were smaller than i anticipated but still perfect for the bad weather days. We could easily walk to the beach and local attractions.

Best family vacation we've had

This was our first trip to the area and we were pleasantly surprised by all the activities available and the ease of transitioning into vacation mode! We are already working on planning our next trip, researching surf fishing and other activities we didn't get a chance to try.

Heck of a stay!

Great location to everything. Beach, dining, shopping and entertainment is all within walking distance. Definitely a great time and have already talked about going back. Thank you also for all of the great communication throughout from our booking to checkout. Great time had by all!
