We offer a large recent apartment for 4 to 6 people (second home) with terrace and private parking in a modern and quiet area east of Montpellier, ideally located between the sea and the historic city center.

- closed private parking (vehicle maximum height 1.90m)

- 1 very spacious and bright living room, well furnished with a French library. A 140x190 cm sofa bed allows you to move from a reception of 6 to 8 people maximum. Equipment: HD television, DVD player and radio-CD. Note on WIFI: it is only accessible with your identifiers if you are already Free or Orange customers via hotspots in the building. But the area being covered in 3G and 4G by the 4 French operators, smartphone users will only have to activate their data sharing to access their internet services.

- 1 modern and super-equipped kitchen. KITCHEN TOWELS ARE PROVIDED AND INCLUDED IN THE RENT.

- 3 double bedrooms (180, 160 and 140 cm wide) with very comfortable mattresses. Wooden furniture and large storage cupboards with wardrobes for your luggage. SHEETS AND PILLOW COVERS ARE NOT PROVIDED (POSSIBLE BUT ON REQUEST).

- 1 bathroom equipped with a WC. THE BATH MAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT.

- 1 shower room. THE SHOWER MAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT.

- Equipment: electric wall-mounted towel warmers in the two shower rooms, complete ironing and cleaning equipment. HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED AND INCLUDED IN THE RENT. BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS :
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people and has a small convertible sofa in the living room to accommodate 2 children.
The accommodation is NON SMOKING and pets are not accepted.
Arrival of tenants: possible from 06/07/2018;
Departure of the tenants: at the latest 28/07/2018. Depending on the time of handing over the keys, the inventory can be checked by the owner the next day only.
The dates and times of arrival and departure are flexible but to be agreed in advance for the delivery of keys and inventory. This allows you to avoid driving on busy days. If the inventory is in conformity, the deposit is returned within 15 days.
No rental possible for a period of less than 14 nights.
Towels, sheets and duvet covers are not provided, so think about it. The cleaning must be done before departure (allow 2 to 3 hours of work depending on the area occupied). If the cleaning is not done, a deduction of 200 euros will be made on the deposit. The apartment is very large and well equipped: also allow 1 hour for the inventory on arrival and departure.
