This large one bedroom condo is on the ground floor of a small 2 story complex with private south facing patio. Condo has been fully updated with new appliances. Garage parking for one car located behind the condo.

Bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet. Bathroom has a separate tub and walk-in shower.

Birthday Thanksgiving

All amenities were supplied, condo was well maintained, great neighbors quiet location for us close to family. Easy contact to property manager if required which we did not require.

2 month stay - perfect place!

I recently stayed at this wonderful rental. Great location in a quiet + safe neighborhood. The condo exceeded all expectations. It is super clean, thoughtfully equipped, well decorated, light + spacious! The bedroom, huge walk-in closet + bathroom are spa-like. The patio is a plus. Chris is a lovely host + extremely helpful. Overall...a really easy + pleasant experience.

Fabulous Condo

My husband and I recently stayed at Chris' condo for a little over a month while we were getting our Covid vaccine shots. The condo is lovely! The pictures represent it exactly. Super clean, very comfortable, linens and towels excellent quality and the outside patio with gas BBQ is a huge plus. Very close to grocery stores, shopping malls, many restaurants, golf and the Tucson zoo. We highly recommend this condo. Chris was great and made our stay easy and enjoyable. Thanks Chris!
