Very nice restored apartment on the 2nd floor of a villa at the beginning of the century 150 meters from the beach of Roches Noirs with: entrance with wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, shower room with teak basin and WC, bedroom with bed 2 storage places and balcony with sea view, living room with convertible sofa 2 places TV corner with breathtaking sea view. all in perfect condition.
