Tucked Away

We enjoyed our stay tucked away in the hill. Within walking distance of downtown, quiet and a view of the river. The bed was a bit too firm, but some people like that. We would stay here again.

Nice place close to downtown

Had a nice stay. The property is fairly newly furnished and the cleaners did a great job. Nice location close to downtown. It’s up the hill somewhat so was a bit tricky with the stroller, walking no problem. Check out the Ruins which is super close and fun place to catch a band.

Hutson's Hideaway

This beautiful apartment in Hood River is cozy and comfortable. The proximity to town made amenities like shopping, coffee and dining walkable. Sneak peaks of the Columbia River are available through many of the windows. Communications, check in and check out were easy and clearly communicated. We will definitely stay again!

Nice comfortable stay. Everything about this apartment is just as described. It's a very quiet safe neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen if you're going to cook meals. Nothing I would add. We would stay here again.

Hutsons haven

Super clean. Nice and quiet. It even has a garage! Can walk to downtown easily. Be aware that the streets are not well labeled. We made several wrong turns even with GPS. Also the driveway is reeeeeally steep. Overall a great place and a great weekend.

Great location, nice house

We have stayed at this house twice now and love the location as it has a beautiful view of the Columbia River and is walking distance to downtown but it is lacking on a few amenities. The couch is low back and not very comfortable after a long day of playing. It has a tiny ottoman that has to double as both a foot rest and end table. The only tv is too small for the living room and belongs in the bedroom. We love Hood River and visit twice a year and would love if this home would make a few very simple upgrades to make it a relaxing and inviting environment after a fun day exploring. With these recommended changes I would absolutely give it 5 stars!

Cozy and close to downtown

Clean and mostly quiet, most everything needed provided. Some noise travels from the unit above (things dropped, some floor creaking, very little conversation), including some sort of white noise (motor for hot tub?) which ran periodically above the BR. Overall this did not impact our enjoyment or sleep, but good to know for others? Arrived was very responsive to providing missing kitchen materials. Check in and check out, access to apartment, TV/cable all easy to do. Very convenient to downtown HR and lovely walking around the neighborhoods above town.

Owner did a great job with the appointments of the home. Very comfortable. Few issues 1. the AC system leaks down the wall and soaks the carpet. I have the same type of unit in my Vacation home, it is usually caused by a stoppage in the drain pipe to the outside, suggest you have a maintenance guy shop vac the line clear. The other issue is the neighbor above, while I love kids, there is no insulation between the floors, running and vocals start about 6 am each day. Not much can be done about that so....

Cozy, cool, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to the Indian Creek Trail, and and easy walk to downtown. We could also walk to the waterfront, though a bit longer. The apartment stayed cool, even on hot days, and we loved the view of the river and bridge. We asked if we could charge our electric car, and for an added fee we were able to. This was a huge plus for us. The driveway had room for the car, and our kayak. Arrived was really responsive in resolving a noise issue with the upstairs renters. I would definitely stay here again, and hope we do. Thanks Arrived!

Quick getaway, perfect spot

We had a quick 4 day weekend and the place was great. Upstairs traffic can be heard but really not much at all. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Cute & Clean but Noisy

Stayed here for a girls weekend. The PROS: it was clean and close to town. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. There were dishes provided and some spices for food. CONS: the driveway is steep and there’s not a lot of parking. Coming in we knew that there would be people above us, but they were SUPER noisy. You can hear talking, snoring and whenever they walk, (or in there case stomp, my friend thought there were literally doing relay races.) They were loud and obnoxious until 2:30 AM. Couldn’t sleep. On the sign in the house it says quiet hours are 10-7am. I don’t know if they were just here for the weekend or if they are always there... But If you want a good nights sleep this isn’t the place for you.
