The living room opens onto the large patio with covered terrace and a small garden in front.
The apartment is located in a set of small houses, called Hameau du Pont Rose, not overlooked and in the middle of the vegetation (pine, oaks). A tennis court is available. It is located in Contis-Plage with shops (supermarket less than 100m away), bars, restaurants and cinema. The beaches are accessible on foot (800m) or by bike. Many cycle paths nearby.

    Eine nette Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

    Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll ausgestattet und grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Die Wohnung bleibt auch bei hohen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Das Wohngebiet liegt ganz am Rand von Contis, es ist wunderbar ruhig und dennoch braucht man zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten bis zum Strand. Das mit der Kaution hat uns etwas gestört, es gab aber keine Probleme. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und auch gut zu erreichen.
