New in September of 2017, Gated community town house , 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, 2 story with 2 car attached garage. This very new community has 2 large pools, one is heated, 2 large hot tubs and a complete exercise center with changing rooms and showers. Near main artery for transportation. We are close to a regional water park with miniature golf , bumper boats, arcade games and many other attractions.

Clean and quiet

Location was great. Owners are fantastic. Nice amount of space for anybody looking for 5+ people. Pool area is nice and clubhouse workout area is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone that ask. Thanks again.

Spring break in Mesa

This was our first VRBO stay and everything about it was great. The townhouse was awesome, very clean, comfortable and the property was great. The process was really easy. Our communications with the owner were fast and very friendly. If we travel to the Phoenix area in the future, I hope we can stay right here again! I would give 6 stars if I could.

Simply the BEST!

Everything was perfect for us at this VRBO. The only downfall was we didn't plan to stay long enough! The neighborhood, pool area, fitness center, just everything was well kept and very nice. Thomas and Cris were excellent communicators and hosts! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We've stayed here twice and had a great experience both times. It's conveniently located close to the freeway. The community is nice and well kept. The place has plenty of towels, blankets, fully stocked kitchen. The owners are nice and responsive to questions or needs. We'll definitely stay here again next year. The only thing I think needs improvement is curtains on the west windows, the sun rises early in AZ I. The summer.

The property was nice and clean. I would upgrade sheets, pillows, cable tv. No ESPN or TBS and on. Old tv shows were on most channels.

Mesa Visit

Enjoyed the stay in Mesa, the condo/townhouse worked well for our family and the owner was nearby and responsive! The pools were where we spent most if the time within the gate community and they were well maintained.

I stayed here for 7 days and had a great time. The property is new and very clean. It has large TVs with access to direct TV, a bbq grill out back, all the kitchen supplies you need, and a WiFi all in one printer/fax/scanner that saved the day for me. The pools were a plus to relax in. Over all I had a great time at this property.
