This holiday apartment, ideal for your family vacation, is located on the first floor of the building and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet.

The advantages of this seaside apartment rental: proximity to the sea and shops, swimming pool, tennis court, private parking, television, washing machine, air conditioning, enclosed loggia, and an east-facing aspect.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Sheets and towels are not provided; however, you can reserve them by contacting the agency at least ten days before your arrival.

Séjour assez agréable malgré une panne de climatiseur.

Nous avons passé un séjour assez sympa gâché par une panne du climatiseur durant toute la semaine qui n'a pu être réparé malgré un signalement effectué à l'équipe de Foncia d'Argeles. (Température de plus de 30° en permanence dans l'appartement).
