Open Living Room boasts vaulted ceilings, a lovely fireplace & spectacular views. Dining room walks out to large deck perfect for entertaining. Fire up the BBQ or simply enjoy the view of eagles playing over the lake. Gorgeous kitchen is spacious & features quartz's countertops. Master Suite is on the main level w/an en-suite bathroom & walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms are spacious and private. Open loft/office area boast views of Lake Pend Oreille & Schweitzer Mountain. The yard is beautifully landscaped & private with lots of parking. Washer and dryer on the property.

Up for an adventure? There is a primitive, steep trail down to our waterfront dock just across the street. At the end of the trail, you will be rewarded with fantastic views and a fun spot to park your boat during your stay.

WiFi is free. The TV includes access to Netflix and Hulu.

Just down the street lies the trailhead for Gold Hill North Trail. This trail, ideal for hikers and/or mountain bikers, leads through a forested setting to panoramic northwest-facing views of the Sandpoint across Lake Pend Oreille with the Selkirk Mountains behind.

Come enjoy all of the amazing activities in North Idaho. Approximately 10-15 minutes to downtown Sandpoint and the base of Schweitzer Mountain, 30 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park, and 45 minutes to Coeur d'Alene.

Happiness on the Hill

This is an all around wonderful property and we had a fantastic and comfortable time staying here. The house is very clean and welll kept, it has incredible views of the lake and surrounding forest, and is in a great location between Standpoint and Bottle Bay,. And the owner/manager is as courteous as she is friendly and informative. Thank you!!

Beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and easy. Sunsets on the deck are stunning. Highly recommend this property.

Great view!!!

Everything about this property is great but the access to the lake. The path down to the dock is less than easy. The bedrooms upstairs tend to get hot. Overall we would stay here again.

Idyllic Get Away

We had a great time staying in Sagle. The place was big, bright and clean. The dock was amazing and kids loved jumping into the lake before bed.

As a military family, we have traveled all over the U.S. and abroad but are thrilled to call breathtaking North Idaho home. We are an active, fun family with two amazing kids, Sydney and Maverick. Jo is a local real estate agent and Damien is a helicopter pilot for LifeFlight services right here in Sandpoint (be careful on those slopes so you don't need his services ;). We are definitely an outdoorsy family and love to camp, fish, hike, and float down the gorgeous Coeur d'Alene river on a hot summer day. Jo is also an artist and often has her work featured in downtown galleries and restaurants in Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint, and Spokane. We hope you fall in love with Sandpoint and the surrounding areas as much as we have.
