Our group really enjoyed our stay in this home on the Lake! Perfect location and the perfect basecamp for all of our lake activities. We will definitely be renting again when we return to Sandpoint!

Ideal Space for Multiple Families

Main living space is great for large families & still space for each family to have their own areas. Enjoyed our time hanging out on the pier and main upper deck.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was clean, comfortable and had an amazing kitchen with wonderful views of the lake. Property Manager was incredibly responsive with any questions.

Amazing home right on lake

Home was well furnished for cooking and grilling. Boat dock had 2 spots for our boats and easy access to the water. Very clean with plenty of space for everyone to sleep and gathering area was great for everyone to get together. Loved this place!!

Beautiful home!

Lovely stay right on the water which accommodated our boats. The bonus was the storage area for the boat trailer - what a great surprise! One mention - there were lots of stairs but that was a great way to exercise and never a problem.

The house is very well appointed and maintained. Would have scored five stars but for these few issues:It wasn't clear from the listing that the lake is forty to fifty feet and many stairs below the house. Groups like ours in their 70s need to know accessibility issues in advance of booking.The listed agent didn't return any of my three attempts to call her.The 220v electric car charge station listed does not exist. For those of us who own electric cars misinformation of this type can be problematic.

Can't beat this property or property manager!

This is a big, gorgeous property, perfect for family get-togethers. The common areas are spacious and well- appointed. Absolutely anything you need for meal prep is either in the high-end kitchen, or the adjoining enormous pantry. The bedrooms are all large and very comfortable, and the layout gives everyone privacy. This was one of the most beautiful lakes we'd ever seen, and the dock was spacious enough for us to do all our water sports AND dock the two boats we rented. Kayaks and a paddle board are provided, as well as a fabulous fire pit with stadium seating so our whole family could gather for s'mores. Shade umbrellas were just where we needed them, and the decks were perfect to hang out and watch the amazing sunsets. Josiah was outstanding and SO responsive to all questions, even purchasing and delivering baby equipment so we would have what we needed for our stay. My sister stayed in a near-by VRBO and spent quite a bit of her vacation dealing with issues and an unpleasant owner. In contrast, Josiah answered texts immediately and went out of his way to make sure every detail was taken care of in a prompt, timely fashion. He truly wanted us to enjoy our vacation. One thing to note- there are a lot of stairs between the house and the dock. We actually liked it for the exercise, but it could be a factor for anyone with a mobility issue. We truly hope we will get back to this gorgeous property in this beautiful area. Sadly the western fires produced a lot of smoke, but we were fortunate to have 5 out of 7 great days, and 7 out of 7 clear evenings. Five stars for this luxury property which is even better than the listing!!

Beautiful property. Tons of room and space for the 7 adults. Would love to come back in the summertime to use the water and deck and fire pits more.

Lovely home and location with built in "stair master"

Our family reunion was accented by the outdoor spaces, equipment available, and friendly fast responses to our questions from the appointed contact person. We spent a lot of time on the dock and upper porch in order to to swim, fish, paddle, and enjoy the views and tranquility. The house is well stocked with essentials. True to most homes on Lake Pend O, there are many sets of stairs between the house and water so daily exercise was a built in feature. The house needs an instruction manual for appliances, operations, etc. A few things were broken or absent but overall a wonderful place. Thank you.

The Perfect Getaway

This was one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable, cozy and the most spectacular view in Sandpoint!! Owners were very gracious and accommodating. We had such a good time and this house made it all PERFECT. THANK YOU for sharing this place with us! I have stayed in many rentals and there is always a disappointing surprise and there were none. Everything was as it was described and that is so appreciated.

Beautiful lake house

This house was pretty amazing! We had a group of 15 family members, and this house was spacious enough for all of us to stay comfortably. The views are stunning, and we loved spending time hanging out and swimming at the dock. The kayaks and paddle board were awesome as well. The steps to and from the dock are a bit of a workout, but manageable. The house is very well appointed and had about every household item you’d require during your stay. The kitchen was beautiful and very well equipped. Josiah was a wonderful host, and responded quickly to any questions or needs that we had. Our family had a wonderful week here, and would definitely recommend this house!
