It is a great choice for those looking for making the most of their time in the Catalan capital. With an easy access to the historic Gothic Quarter and Port Vell.

Easy access from the airport : The Aerobus stops on 'SPAIN SQUARE'. From there, metro line 3 and exit after two stations, on 'DRASSANES - La RAMBLA'.

Great time in Barcelona

We had a great time at Pierre's apartment. It was close to La Rambla, beaches, the big market, restaurants, etc. My family and I felt very safe and enjoyed our stay!

This 3 bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor of a small apartment building with a lift. It is at the bottom of la rambla one block from the metro station. There are shops and multiple restaurants walking distance from the apartment and a Lidl store 2 blocks away. The apartment has an ensuite shower located inside one of the bedrooms, a three piece bathroom and a two piece bathroom located in what was once the laundry room of the apartment. The apartment also has a deceptively large washing machine and both drying racks and clotheslines are handy. The apartment is furnished with all of the basics if you're planning to go to the beach bring your own beach towels. The kitchen is nicely equipped with plenty of plates and the basics for cooking your own meals. It has a medium sized fridge and a three burner stove as well as a microwave and countertop dishwasher. The only thing missing were drying towels for the dishes. Pierre the host is an extremely kind person who waited for us for over 2 hours when our transportation was delayed. He was very accommodating when I had to change one of the dates and extremely helpful when we arrived. He's very laid back. The only suggestion I have to make the place a bit more comfortable is to perhaps include a couple of spare blankets for those who find air conditioning a little bit overwhelming. hope to return in the future.

A wonderful stay in the heart of the city.

My family and I spent 4 days in this lovely apartment. Located close to everything it was a wonderful home away from home while we experienced the city. Great food is located on the street just below as well as a few small food shops for snacks and water and quick ice cream before bed. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location

The property was quite basic but provided everything we needed at an affordable price. It was situated perfectly for us as it was close to the Port and the metro was very handy. Great location, great space, great property managers

This was a great place to stay for our 5 days in Barcelona. We are a family of 4 with 2 young adult children. The space offered privacy for all of us, the location allowed us to walk easily to the Rambla, the beach and the gothic quarter, and the property managers were so kind, thoughtful and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!!
