My stay started off great with Mike at check‑in—he was fantastic. The property itself and the HOA office were also excellent. Kim was always available, quick to respond to every text, and very kind. The pool and hot tub area was nice, though it was disappointing that the hot tub was down for about a week or so, since that was one of the main reasons I chose this property. The weather wasn’t ideal for using the pool much, and the walk to the pool and hot tub was a bit farther than expected, though manageable.There isn’t much to do around the condo, so having a vehicle is a must. The bar at the clubhouse is only accessible by stairs, and unfortunately the elevators were down for most of my stay, so my mother couldn’t get upstairs due to a torn meniscus. Again, none of this was Kim’s fault. I would rate Kim as AWESOME!

This was one of my best experiences renting through any travel booking site to date. Kim goes above and beyond to take care of her guests, and consistently provided thorough and timely communication through the day and night. More importantly her place in Cocina Key is extremely charming, offering a ‘at-the-beach’ type feel with a beautiful back patio on the canal. This is perfect for either a mini getaway vacation, or in our case, a month long stay in between renting and buying a home. Not to mention the amenities including the pool, hot tub, bar and dock on the water were all some of our after work and weekend favorites. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cute place to stay in St. Pete! Thanks Kim!

Quiet stay

My family stayed here while my son was hospitalized at Johns Hopkins All Childrens. The apartment has nice upgrades and the outside patio is wonderful place to spend your evenings! The owners have a cat we found Mr. Kitty’s collar in the apartment when we arrived. Not to big of deal for us. I had an itchy nose for a few days but if you have allergies to cats it might not be the location for you. Otherwise, Kim the owner is a wonderful host! She was always checking in on us. We appreciated her hospitality and her home away from home! We would definitely stay here again if we traveled back to St. Pete.

Down by the Bay

The property has been upgraded and tastefully decorated throughout. The large patio was well furnished and welcoming, overlooking boats and water with dozens of birds in the background for peaceful evening BBQ's and relaxing. The gem is the yacht club building, pool and daily activities - inexpensive beer and pizza or taco and Margarita nights, movie on the lawn with free popcorn etc,. Great pool and hot tube on bay with lots of comfortable furniture which was always available. Lastly and most impressive was the care, generosity and responsiveness of the owner. For snowbirds or any vacation, this is a gem.....

Quiet and Peaceful

The condo is in a safe, quiet, and peaceful gated community. The inside is decorated nicely and has comfortable furniture. The owners are very nice and responsive. They sent us a gift because we had a hot water issue, which they had fixed right away. I thought that was so sweet and thoughtful.
