This Property has a great location which is why we chose it. The property itself is fine in terms of a place to stay. It's not the best but not the worst either. Just plan on bringing anything beyond the absolute basics. It has a great back yard which would be fantastic if you are bringing your pups.

Had a wonderful time. It was such a close walk to the beach. We were able to walk everyday at prime time and enjoy a day at the beach with a close beach space at the entranceway, very nice!! The house was nice and beds were comfortable.

Curtain rod in master bedroom improperly installed. Rolled right off into the floor. Guest bathroom sink did not hold water, water shooting out of shower control, bathroom door would not close all the way nor would it lock. Screen door ripped downstairs.

Great location and very clean

One bed in the second bedroom needs to be replaced. My 9yo slept in it and it swayed and squeaked a lot. Fantastic location and very short walk to beach or nature trail.

Lovely

My husband and our dog enjoyed this house. Everything was comfortable - especially the king bed! - and we enjoyed having a screen porch. The front deck has a gate at the top of the steps so that was good for our dog. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes - you can see it from the deck. Would stay here again.

Great location, great property!

Better than expected, it is close to beach access which is more important with the beach renouishment and new dune construction. Unit was clean and well equipped. Would consider it for future vacations.

Great Getaway Location

Property is a great location. A new deck and stairs helped the curb appeal. Interior was generally clean except for dishes, cups, and silverware. I believe this was perhaps due to aged dishwasher. Which, was fairly typical for interior finishes, appliances, and cabinetry. Everything worked but would have made stay better (quieter) with updated interior appliances and finishes. Location to beach was fantastic and layout of house was functional and worked well. I would recommend bringing a comfortable beach chair if you'll be spending time on beach. The 3 provided were the opposite of comfortable. Overall, we liked the location and were generally there only at night and used house as home base.

Nice well maintained property

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and loved it. The place had several upgrades and was comfortable. A short, easy walk to the beach. Would gladly stay there again.
