The home was well-appointed and very close to a beach access. We were very comfortable during our stay. Communication with the owner was very easy as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
This pet friendly rental was everything I needed it to be and more. Super clean, fully stocked and perfectly located on the west side of the island. Communication with the owner was also fantastic. I highly recommend this property and will definitely return!
The house was perfect making for a great vacation. Laura was a great host, very responsive and provided great suggestions on restaurants and activities for the area. Would definitely stay again.
Location is great, access very close. We loved the front porch, always had a breeze and you could see the ocean. Very clean and owner is very responsive. Will stay here again for sure. Thank you for sharing your beach house!

This is a pretty nice property. Clean, across the street from the beach but you can see parts of the ocean and hear it. It could use some upgraded mattresses. The manager is hands-off and may not even be in the area. The only negative is VRBO--they charge bogus fees and are a rip off.
This house was perfect for our family of 4 and our pup. It was clean and you would never know it’s pet friendly. The kitchen was so well equipped we were pleased with how it easy the check in process was. Laura was an excellent host and the house being steps from the beach was awesome with our small kids. We would absolutely come back!
Kitchen has everything you need. You can see, hear and smell the ocean across the street from Front porch. Great location-easy close access. Quiet and uncrowded neighborhood and beach. Not a big house, small bedrooms and bathrooms-no bathtub if you need one. But we didn’t mind, don’t need a lot of space to sleep. We enjoyed our stay.
The location is perfect! A very short walk to the beach; right across the street to the beach access. Love the gated front porch! Perfect for our dogs! Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for whatever you want to cook. I will be back!

Bonnie, thank you for staying with us and for the beautiful review! I hope you will come back to see us soon.
Half of our family were semi-local and half were from AZ. This was a wonderful space for us all to come together, enjoy the beach and each others company. Linda was very helpful throughout the entire process. We are so very grateful for the opportunity to use this beautiful home.

Thanks for staying with us. I am happy that you had a wonderful time. Please come back to stay soon.
Perfect size for our group. Charcoal Grill, surf and turf every dinner, and weather was BEAUTIFUL everyday! Paddle boards with oars suppled. Beach chairs and boogie boards too. We used it all!!
Laura was a great host, we loved her residence.
We had planned this back in February and got there during Tropical Storm Debby. The host was very attentive to the situation and continued to check in on us the entire time we were there. That being said, the place was amazing. There is nothing that wasnt in the house that they didnt think of. I would only stay with this host if I could. Amazing experience. definitely housr.
We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and everything was ready for us upon our arrival. The host communication was excellent! The kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you want to cook and stay in. I highly recommend this property!
This property is a very short easy walk to the beach, has plenty of seating for family, and I've never booked anywhere where the host was more attentive. Not the busiest of beaches, but there's still plenty to entertain you and children if you bring them. If you're looking for a peaceful vacation, this place is perfect. :-)
Everything about this Oak Island beach cottage fit exactly what we expected and needed. Highly recommend and we will be coming back next year! Our dog loved it too.
We had a lovely stay at Laura’s beach home. The access to the beach was just accross the street - so close. We loved the outdoor shower. Plenty of space for a family of 5. The beach house was so cute. Thanks for a great little getaway!
