One 58" smart TV in living room, one-42" smart TV in master bedroom, high speed internet access, ceiling fans and highchair. Living Room furniture replaced in 2023 and shared bathroom remodeled in 2024. Many books, DVD's and family games. Updated kitchen/dining area with new SS appliances. Covered porch with six composite rockers with unobstructed ocean view. Two outside showers (one enclosed with hot/cold water). Conveniently located to new Swain's Cut Bridge and Beach Pantry. Beach access one property east.
Guests with allergies should note that although no pets are allowed for guest stays, dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

Beachfront stay
Very clean and nice. All amenities work properly. Beautiful view of the ocean with very easy access. Comfortable beds. About 7 minutes from restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again.
