Nice house with WIFI, neat any comfort, full foot, without opposite, easy maintenance, has 300 m of the splendid beach of Sands famous Vignier where you can bathe in high tide or low tide.
It has 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 4 bunk beds with a sink, and one with two single beds), 2 toilets, shower, washing machine, kitchen (pyrolysis oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher ), large covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's games.

The house is situated to the west of the island, in a very quiet, closed and well wooded. near the dunes, the forest, bike paths and a glacier 100 m grocery store bakery or 10 minutes by car from a shopping center.

La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée et idéalement située. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'être en retrait de la route, le terrain boisé, la plage à pied et le marché de Domino tous les matins à vélo. A proximité on trouve aussi une très bonne boulangerie qui propose aussi du très bon snacking à emporter. La proximité du camping est très pratique car on accède à l'épicerie au bar et au restaurant ... mais du coup on a aussi droit à la sono en soirée ! Les propriétaires ne sont pas sur place mais on a été très bien accueilli par Gérard qui s'est mis en 4 pour nous dépanner quand il a fallu changer la machine à laver. Un bémol pour le mauvais état des transats mais ils doivent être changé. Le petit plus a été le portail automatique qui a permis à notre ado d'entrer et sortir sans clé, et donc sans risque de les perdre ! Bref on est très content de notre séjour

Merci à Geneviève et Gérard pour leur accueil chaleureux et sympathique malgré une arrivée à 23h30! Toujours aimables et à disposition, ils ont largement contribué à nous laisser une très belle première impression de l'hospitalité des Charentais. Wir kommen wieder...

Sehr ruhig. Man kann sich absolut zurückziehen. Den Strand erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß und selbst die Entfernung zum nächsten Dorf ist nicht weit. Dort, in Domino gibt es regelmäßig Markt, einige Geschäfte mit Schönem, eine Bäckerei und eine Bar tabac. Wir sind jeden Morgen zu Fuß zum Bäcker gelaufen. Herrlich. Das Haus perfekt für eine Familie. Man kann drinnen oder draußen essen. Es gibt im großen Garten genug Schatten.

Lovely house near beach

Great location, 8 minutes and you are on the lovely beach. Private property behind electric gates, plenty of room for cars. Bakery a short walk away, supermarkets within 10 minutes drive. Close to bike routes. Two tables for eating, one outside, one in extension, both lovely. Kitchen fine and well equipped. Bedrooms all next to each other, one shower could be a pinch point. We had a lovely relaxing week.

très belle maison dans laquelle rien ne manque : lave linge, lave vaisselle, four micro onde, frigo américain et tout est de qualité, propre et neuf; belle véranda pratique avec des enfants; c'était le lieu de jeu des enfants les jours de pluie. Bonne idée d'avoir mis des jeux dans le jardin : balançoire et maisonnette, ça a plut aux enfants.Le terrain est sécurisé (portail électrique) De plus pas loin de la plage à pied (500m) idéal. Rien à redire tout est conforme au descriptif et en plus la dame qui nous a réceptionnée était charmante. Nous sommes ravis de location
