Welcome to Lake Havasu!

Come stay at a comfortably - decorated 5- star 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps 8 people. Drive up to this luxurious property and find ample, convenient level parking for 3 vehicle and/or a boat.

Once you enter the beautiful desert home you will be greeted with all the bells and whistles. In the living room, you will find a fireplace, 65" HD flat screen TV with cable, a DVD player and an iPod outlet (bring your own adapter). Enjoy the room on a comfortable sofa and loveseat that seats 6-8 people. The Modern kitchen has an eat up breakfast bar, electric stove, an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and all the small appliances, dishes and silverware are included. Off the kitchen you will also find an indoor washer/dryer, great for washing beach towels and bathing suits. It is open to the dining area which seats 8, the bar which seats 4, and the spacious living area. Great for entertaining! The home has WiFi. Cell phones work great too.

On one end of the house is the master suite that boasts a beautiful bathroom with a large tile walk in shower, 2 sinks, a walk-in closet with ample storage, a 40" HD flat screen TV, a King bed, ( queen air mattress in closet ) 2 night stands and a dresser. .

Down the hall are 2 bedrooms stocked with linens and pillows, both with queen beds, and large closets, 2 night stands , dresser and 32" HD flat screen TV in each guest bedroom. An adjacent full bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The sunken backyard provides privacy and is perfect for enjoying time with your family and friends. Swim, BBQ or simply take in a gorgeous view of the sunrise or sunset over Lake Havasu from under a covered patio with a table that seats 6, there are many seating area for you to choose to enjoy your perfect view.

Located on a quiet street just minutes from the lake, Windsor Beach and launch ramp. The Refuge golf course and local shopping, dining and movie theaters.

House Cleaning will be provided after you leave for a nominal fee. Vacationing has never been easier!

What a great stay!

Our month long stay in this home was fantastic. Wonderfully stocked kitchen. Although we weren't able to use the outdoor pool in our January stay, the numerous outdoor seating areas are numerous for entertaining or a lazy afternoon with a good book. Home owners were very quick to respond to any questions and a delight to work with. Do not hesitate to book this home... it is a very good find in Lake Havasu.

Another great stay!

Everything was perfect again! House is spacious, clean and fully stocked. Air conditioner works great. Lots of outside seating and topped off with a great lake view at sunset. So close to the boat launch and easy for door dash/food delivery too. We’ll be back ;)

Havasu trip

Our family boat trips 4-6 times a year for extended stays. We are fairly new with rental homes beginning last year. We stayed in several homes last year including this one and I have to say that this home is far and away THE best for us. The property is very well maintained and spacious including a beautiful sparkling pool. Interior is very welcoming with ceiling fans throughout and a big heavy duty dining table. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking including spices and other necessities. Laundry room is also well stocked, spacious and clean. I highly recommend this home for anyone and especially families.

We choose this property due to the uniqueness in style. It does not look like your normal Lake Havasu home.. We have created a paradise in the backyard. We love to sit on the swing and have a glass "bottle" of wine and enjoy the sunset.
