PLEASE NOTE: The $99 to $169* cleaning fee is NOT included in VRBO's quote. It's paid when you DEPART to our hard working cleaning crew. Fee is based on length of stay & number of people using the property during your stay. You may request cleaning fee quote prior to booking. *Cleaning fees are higher for stays longer than 2 weeks. Monthly cleaning fee starts at $195.

NOTE: Only paying guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use the property & pool. Any additional people require approval and there may be an additional fee. When inquiring, please let us know who else may be at the house during your stay (so we can approve PRIOR to accepting your reservation).

The beds in the house comfortably sleep 5 adults or 4 adults & up to 2 children (3rd bedroom has a comfortable double size bed & a twin bed for child under 100 pounds). We set a limit of 5 adults (2 couples & 1 single adult or 6 guests total (when children under 13 are included). Children older than 13 we count as adults.

The pool has a solar cover (used in cooler months) which cuts heating costs up to 60% and helps maintain pool temp once heated. The Jacuzzi jets can be enjoyed year-round (with or without heat). Guests are responsible for cost of propane to heat pool & jacuzzi (there is a monitor on the propane tank). A separate deposit is required to cover propane costs if guests' plan on heating POOL during cooler months.

Check-in is anytime after 3:15 pm (earlier check-in may be possible*).
Check-out is 11:00 am (may ask if later check-out is available*)
