From the building, you can take an indoor bridge that leads you to the center of the Hameau Residence, with all commodities :
- private ski locker for your shoes and skis (strictly forbidden to wear your ski shoes inside the buildings)
- shops : local products, supermarket with delicatessen, ski rental
- bars & restaurants
- ski pass
- public laundry

Free Parking just outside the building, all along the road, or in any open-air parking of the residence.
Public indoor parking 50m from the building ("Hameau", you can book a space on Meribelparking website).

Also, you will find a bus stop, with direct bus to Meribel Center, Moûtiers (train station), Lyon and Geneva Airports.
You also benefit from a gondola to the center of Mottaret station, just down under the Hameau where the building is located (works until the evening).

Another fantastic holiday based in this apartment. Everything went perfectly thanks to the way it has been setup for guests by the owner. Really well equipped with more than you'll ever need. Thoroughly recommended.

Cosy and compact - all you need to ski, ski, ski!

This is a compact and cosy apartment. It is very thoughtfully kitted out with everything you need to ski. For us it was perfect with very compact double and bunk bedrooms (two smaller children). We were happy to be close together in one space, although that's personal choice of course. Good access to the piste, great communications from Cedric, prompt repayment of the deposit after we left, all good :-) Merci bien Cedric :-)

Great small apoartment ski in ski out in Meribel Mottaret

We had a wonderful stay in that appartment. It is very clean and well maintained, the view from the family room is stunning and it is cozy. The only thing that i did not like was the fact that the ski room is closed at night from 8:00 pm to 8:00am and if you plan to leave early to catch a flight make sure you retrieve your ski and boots the night before your departure as the property manager of Odalys (not the owner who was extremely reactive and helpful) was not very cooperative to open earlier the ski room in order to retrieve the materiel. Apart from this incident everything was perfect!

L'hôte, Cédric, était très accueillent et toujours disponible. L'appartement est exactement comme ce que vous voyez dans les photos, bien décoré et très confortable pour deux personnes. La deuxième chambre avec le lit superposé est vraiment petite.L'appartement se trouve dans un endroit très calme et sans bruits. Il y a un petit supermarché carrefour de montagne ou vous trouvez tout le nécessaire pour le séjour.

Great location, ski in ski out

This appartment has quick access to the slopes, grocery store close by and some very nice restaurants and a bar. The bus stop is only 50m from the house, easy to move around for free. We decided to stay in the appartment and cook our own dinner since we found it so convinient. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend this appartment!

Perfect accommodation and location

Great communication from the owner with clear and easy to understand instructions on how to find and access the property. As it was Christmas they even supplied a tree and lights! The view from the apartment was nothing short of spectacular, in terms of facilities a short indoor walk takes you to the ski pass, hire shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars , ski lockers and then through some double doors and virtually onto a slope. All in all perfect and genuinely ski in and ski out ... will return for sure

Zentrale Lage in Meribel-Mottaret

Die Wohnung ist in Meribel-Mottaret optimal gelegen. Skipiste, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Parkhaus sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausreichend. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Alles war super organisiert.

Super appartement, super bien situé

L'appartement est vraiment très beau et très agréable. Chose très importante, il est très bien chauffé. Chauffage par le sol, Quel pied(c'est le cas de le dire) Au niveau situation, c'est l'idéal. Le casier à ski est dans le bâtiment d'à côté auquel on accède via une passerelle. Sorti du local à casier, moins de 100m à plat et on est sur le pistes! On trouve un 8 à huit juste à côté(toujours via la passerelle), des magasins de location de ski, deux bars, un restaurant(New Merib's) avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix qui fait pizza à emporter... Tout prêt, on trouve également un magasin avec des spécialités locales, où on trouve de quoi faire la raclette, une fondue,... Le bâtiment était très calme pendant notre séjour. Zéro nuisance. Le système de société intermédiaire pour les clés est pratique à l'arrivée, dans notre cas un peu moins pour le départ. Il faut redescendre dans la vallée mais comme on souhaitait skier le samedi matin, on a du le faire en ski puis en cabine(faisable mais cela prend une grosse heure) Au niveau équipement de cuisine, suffisant pour deux mais peut limiter les menus à 4, mais une grande casserole suffirait peut-être pour remédier à cela. Les plaques induction par contre c'est un super luxe pour un appartement de ce prix! Il n'y en a que deux mais c'est tellement efficace que cela ne pose aucun problème. Il y a de toute façon un micro-onde qui fait aussi four pour garder au choix... La Nespresso promise était bien là, mais cachée dans le meuble en dessous de la TV, pas de panique! Taille des chambres très correcte, séjour agréable, confortable(divan convertible pratique pour entendre les jambes après une journée de ski). TV de taille normale, cela change des minis TV dans les appartements de ce type à la montagne. Il y a des places de parking gratuite pas loin, et un parking couvert payant, utile pendant les semaines où la neige est abondante. Un point positif le retour à l'appartement, soit via les pistes mais si vous vous attardez à Mottaret, les cabines "Chalet" sont juste à côté... Un bien bel endroit en résumé. On conserve l'adresse pour le futur en tout cas.

bel appartement, rénové avec gout et des prestations de qualité ; idéalement situé

* l'appartement : comme neuf, déco sympa, bien équipé (plaques induction, Nespresso, lave vaisselle, douche italienne) ; distribution intelligente avec grand salon et une cuisine/coin repas avec suffisamment de place pour manger à 6 ; 2 inconvénients : des chambres assez petites (surtout celle avec les 2 lits superposés où il fait vite chaud si on laisse la porte fermée) et Wifi payant * la résidence : calme et idéalement située , on descend à ski littéralement à 1m des casiers à ski (et dans l'autre sens, il faudra marcher 15 m pour accéder aux pistes). La résidence est en retrait, donc on n'entend pas les dameuses, et proche des œufs pour descendre en bas du village (attention, après 19h30, on remonte à pied ou en bus, toutes les 1/2 H) * le quartier (Mottaret) : idéal pour les skieurs, en 15 minutes on est à 2800m, en haut de Courchevel & Val Thorens (et on arrive avant eux => les premières traces sur la Combe de Saulire, c'est pour nous) ; un peu vide et sans âme pour les non skieurs * la station : le paradis du skieur, le seul endroit des 3 vallées où l'on peut réellement aller simplement et rapidement sur les 2 autres vallées ; de très belles pistes (principalement des rouges plutôt faciles) bien préparées et à la bonne hauteur (2200 - 2900m), des remontées top. Prix forfaits et restaurants en station / altitude au top aussi ... dernier point, et pas des moindres, le propriétaire est très sérieux, réactif et arrangeant (on a eu les clés à 10h30) ; le contact sur place aussi. On reviendra ...

superbe situation au bord des pistes

Petit Appart super sympa, joliment décoré avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Situation idéal dans le hameau au - dessus de Mottaret , à la sortie du local à ski vous êtes sur les pistes, tous les commerces utiles presque dans l immeuble . (Achat forfait, location skis superette bar) ballade à pied de 10 min ou funiculaire pour accéder à Mottaret Bref séjour réussi . Merci au propriétaire disponible, réactif et soucieux que tout se passe bien pour nos vacances.

Très bel appartement que nous recommandons

- Très bien rénové avec de beau matériau (hormis les fenêtres du salon qui méritent d'être remplacées également) - très lumineu avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes - canapé lit très confortable si le lit de la chambe est trop petit pour deux (1.40m): il a une fonction convertible qui permet de l'agrandir - tv de qualité - vaisselles de bon goût et petit lave-vaisselle très pratique - idéalement situé pour l'accès aux pistes de ski, par un ascenseur et un long couloir amenant directement au local de ski et aux pistes (à 20 m depuis l'extérieur) - Meribel Montaret au coeur des 3 vallées, très bien situé pour choisir sa vallée le matin - chambres un peu petite, surtout celle des enfants mais on y fait qu'y dormir => séjour très agréable, appartement que nous recommandons !
